The house was perfect for our large group. The neighborhood was an up and coming area. The house was clean and the description of the house was perfect. It could use a small kitchen table downstairs and games upstairs. My suggestion would be to add a pool table or game table of some sort and futon upstairs for an added amenity. The only downside to the house was the hot water. We tried to space out showers with our large group per previous reviews but several of us still got cold showers. Would suggest upgrading hot water tanks. Overall amazing house! Thank you.

I stay at these cottages often. They are comfortable, quiet, and roomy. If you want a great stay in Pawhuska I highly recommend.

Great location, comfortable beds, comfy couch!

Stans place is exactly like the photos. The rooms are very large and very nicely decorated. Stan has everything you need for coffee or tea in the kitchen. The outdoor space is very nice and the private parking is covered and easy to access. The location is great if you like restaurants and not far from anything you might need. We will definately be back!

Shok's place was a great place to stay while waiting on construction to finish on our home. It was truly home away from home. We loved the spacious layout of the house. We also especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

Covered parking was a plus and a welcome basket was sweet. Very close to TU.

I believe this was my fourth stay at the Carriage House - it is a beautiful, peaceful place and spotless. Laurie and Harry are wonderful, warm hosts. I so appreciate the ability to walk around their land and by the river. I look forward to my next stay with them.

Young was one of the best parts of our stay! The house itself was gorgeous, it was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of amenities, including towels/soaps, kitchen supplies, board games, books, and more. She even provided candies for us! We had 6 people during our stay, and we were cable to accommodate everyone. While the house was very nice, by far our favorite part of the weekend was getting to know Young and her husband! They were both so nice and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw them. She even gave us a bottle of Champagne, and brought us oranges in the morning. She was happy to help us however possible! I would recommend this place to everybody, clean house, perfect location (walkable to Aggieville and campus), and wonderful host! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb property, and my experience was truly wonderful. Upon arrival, Mesiah went above and beyond by surprising me with a bunch of delicious cookies, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. The property itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. During my time there, I encountered a minor issue with the dishwasher, but Mesiah responded immediately and had it fixed within no time, ensuring there were no disruptions to my stay. It's clear that Mesiah is dedicated to providing a top-notch experience for guests, always going the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. I felt completely at home throughout my visit, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in the area!

Good place to be

Beautiful place!! We spent Thanksgiving with family here as it was closer for my grandmother to travel to. It was perfect! We brought extra pans and utensils but realized we did not need them as they were fully stocked with everything and the extras we would need for a nice holiday meal! We will be back for family gathering in the future.

Celia's place is just amazing: peacful, nice enviroment, filled with everything you need. Celia and her husband are the best hosts ever: we had great conversations, we really felt like home - this is more than just an Airbnb, it's the best of Texas!

We had a great stay for Thanksgiving and 30th birthday. The host was super proactive, accommodating and catered to our every need. Super cool place to stay and cozy! We loved it!

This beautiful space was perfect for us, our 2 married children & mother-in-law as we were in town for a birthday party & to gather as a family. The outdoor space was wonderful even when it was raining & the sunsets spectacular. We did get a couple opportunities to enjoy the pool & hot tub between rain storms & we made great memories just spending time in this well designed space. Would love the opportunity to stay again.

Awesome place right next to Tanglewood resort and just within walking distance from Lake Texoma. Would recommend staying here over at the resort, with better accommodations, and better value. Had a little hiccup and the host was quick to fix it. Will plan to book here again next year.

This was our second stay in this condo. We love it and can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic place to stay and enjoy all of what downtown Omaha offers. Walkable to restaurants, bars, attractions and nightlife. It was great having a two car garage. The beds & linens were extremely comfortable and cozy. All amenities were top notch and no detail was forgotten. The roof top patio and Weber grill were great to have available although we did not have time to use them. The coffee/tea bar was a nice touch as well as the bottle of wine upon arrival. Thank you for an amazing stay! We will definitely stay there again if we go to Omaha
