Sürprizle karşılaşmadığımız, beklentileri karşılayan, fotoğraf ve açıklamalarla tutarlı bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Nihat Bey sıcak kanlı ve hızlı iletişim kurulabilen bir ev sahibiydi.

Ich hatte einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement hat alles was man benötigt. Die Umgebung war ruhig und sauber. Herr Kutay ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber der sich immer wieder erkundigt hat, ob alles in Ordnung. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ich komme sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank 😊

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben sauber, gemütlich und gut gelegen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Herrlicher Blick auf den Hafen von Kusadasi. Tolle Lage in der Altstadt mit schwieriger Anfahrt falls man mit dem PKW anreist. Dafür hat sich Hüsnü jederzeit kompetent, freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit gekümmert. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, modern renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Die Nachbarn sind ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bayram tatili için geldim ve 1 haftaya yakın konaklama yaptım. Harika bir deneyimdi , kendimi evimdeymiş gibi hissettim. Ev görsellerde görüldüğü gibi sade ve şık bir tasarıma sahip uzun süreli konaklamalar için çok iyi hazırlanmış özelliklede banyo ve mutfak düzeni çok iyi ve temizdi. Rahatlıkla ailecek konaklama yapılabilecek yerler arasında.Engin Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür ederim hem konaklama öncesi hemde konaklama sonrası süreçte gerçekten çok yardımcı oldu hoş görülü vede iletişim seviyesi yüksek bir insan. Konforlu ve huzurlu bir konaklama arayan herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

This was a perfect apartment for my family of four! Hayriye's and his wife met us at the building and showed us in with clear instructions and welcome beverages. There was one morning where my car was boxed in the parking space provided, but Hayriye responded very promptly and with in 10 minutes the 3 cars blocking me were moved. Kind and gracious hosts!

Sehr tolle moderne Wohnung. Sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden.

Gayet temiz, geniş, ferah ve konumu dolayısıyla çoğu yere yürüyerek gidilebilecek bir ev. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Biz konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, eğer tekrar yolumuz düşerse tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer. Engin Bey e her şey için çok teşekkürler.

Really appreciated Ezgi… she met us at the place, gave local recommendations, and researched what was going on for us when there was a local water issue (not her fault at all but she made sure to keep us posted). Thank you!

Daha önce konakladığımız bir yerdi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık konumu hemen nazarköyün girişinde çevresinde oldukça yemek yeri vardı. Huzurlu sakin bir yer keyif aldık. Esim Hanımla iletişim rahattı. İçeri girişte esnek davrandılar. Fakat önerebileceğim şeyler var, mevsimsel olarak Havuzu kullanamadık(temizlenmemişti), duştaki suyun akış miktarı azdı ve ısınma problemi vardı, mutfak malzemeleri çeşitlendirilebilir. Her şey için teşekkür ederim, tekrar olarak görüşmek dileğiyle… 🙏🏻🙏🏻

İlk defa kaldık ancak asla son olmayacak. Kafa dinleyeyim hem de uygun fiyatlı olsun diyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz. Ece hanım bütün sorularımıza her an yanıt verdi. Havuz konusunda da problem yaşamadık, hava 6 derece iken 25 derece sıcaklığı vardı. Güvenle tercih edebilirsiniz

İkinci defa kalışımız. Ev çok keyifli ve çok rahat. Kendi evimizde gibi hissediyoruz artık. Kapı sorunu cok guzel bi sekilde cozulmustu ekstra takılan kilit sistemiyle gece ferah ve gonul rahatlıgıyla uyuduk. Ev gayet temizdi. Nuray hanıma ilgisi icin tesekkur ederiz. Eminim tekrar konaklayacagız

Kendi kendine yeten bir yer. Eşiniz dostunuz ile gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

do not expect a 5 stars hotel but the place was worth the money. The flat is big (2 floors) with 2 kitchen (one on each floor). The shower is downstairs while the toilet is upstairs. Bed were comfortable and the water was hot in the shower. Maybe I could have done with more equipment in the kitchen, honestly. We always could find a parking spot outside the door and the location is right in the city center where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and patience. Self check in was easy and handy. thanks!

Serap Hanım ve Bahadır Bey kesinlikle harika insanlar, çok yardımcı ve iyi niyetliler. Evi teslim almak için biraz geç bir saat söylesemde evde bekleyip evi anlattılar. Ayrıca belirtilen çıkış saatinden biraz daha sonra ayrılma isteğimizde bizi kırmadılar. Yolunuz düşerse mutlaka uğrayın. 🙌🏻❤️

Fatih etJulia sont les meilleurs hôtes que vous pourrez trouver. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien. L'appartement est très propre et l'accès à la cuisine très facile. Julia parle un peu anglais et se met en quatre pour répondre à toutes les demandes. La rue est très calme et à moins d'une minute du métro Hatay (M1) et de tous les commerces, restaurants, cafés, boulangeries, marchands de fruits et légumes, banques, bureau de change. Vraiment très très bien situé. La vue de la terrasse est juste grandiose !

Ramazan it a great and very responsive host his house was beautiful with a great surrounding clean instructions were given by him for check in and free parking is available nearby if you are renting car you can easily find parking near his house definitely I recommend his place to everyone and I gonna book his place for sure next time as well

I had a wonderful stay at Hootan’s place. He is a genuine and kind host who went out of his way to make me feel welcome. Despite my delayed arrival, he kindly waited for me, even postponing his work, and helped carry my luggage. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, and I found it to be a great value for the price. The two cats were absolutely adorable and very quiet. One of the highlights of my stay was when Hootan, who usually doesn’t work on Sundays, prepared a delicious homemade Indian-style dinner for me—it was truly a special experience. During my six-day stay, I explored Izmir as well as Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamon, and Thyatira. Everything was safe and comfortable, and I was completely satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend Hootan’s place to anyone visiting Izmir!
