Fiona’s house is a brilliant base for holidaying on the Ring of Kerry. The accommodation is spacious, lots of comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms with great showers, shower gel and shampoo in each. Communication with Fiona was excellent, she is available by text or phone call. She was very flexible with the check in and out times. We loved arriving to a warm house, as the heating was set on a timer. Everything was spotlessly clean and we were delighted with the welcome pack of fresh brown bread, butter and milk as well as plenty of fuel for the fire. The kitchen was stocked with the basic cooking ingredients and excellent cooking equipment. Plenty of books, games and jigsaws available for the whole family. We loved the location, 5 minutes by car to Cahersiveen with pubs and shops. And mountain walks, ancient stone forts, ruined castle and lovely beach on your door step! Very quiet location and a telescope in one of the rooms to gaze at the stars! We definitely would come to stay again!

What a beautiful place, and what a view! We definitely didn’t stay long enough and if they’ll have us back, we’d like to stay longer next time. Martin & Claire were fantastic hosts and made my family feel so welcome. I really appreciate all the efforts they went to for us and we really loved our stay. What can I say, we had the most magical stay at the Rock Cottage. The entire grounds from the cottage, to the many walkable garden trails, the lovely golden retrievers Saffron & Elsa were great company for our dog buddy, the ponies, chickens and donkey! The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen is pristine and the cottage is so comfortable & cosy. We enjoyed our stay so much it was a great base for exploring the Mizen peninsula. Jacqueline & Jonathan were fantastic hosts though out our stay, 5* stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Anne’s over the Easter break. We used Kenmare as our base to explore the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara. Anne provided recommendations for places to eat - Helen’s Bar is a must! The house has a beautiful outlook and very spacious inside for our family. Well stocked kitchen and Anne provided milk, bread & butter for our arrival which was a really nice touch

West Cork holds a special place in my heart, this little cabin made our stay very comfortable and the scenery was beautiful. Looking forward to seeing Matts Firepit in the future. The site is clean with modern conviences.

Phil greeted us when we arrived and showed us our place. He gave recommendations for food and live music in town. The views were spectacular, and there were chairs outside to sit and admire the property and views. Very quiet and private. We had a little issue with the dryer, and Phil was immediately responsive and helpful! Would return here if we are back in the area.

An absolute gem of a property in a wonderful quiet location with glorious views. The hosts were exceptional with their friendly welcoming way and they certainly went over and above to make our stay a memorable one. Highly recommended.

This place was a home from home for us! We were able to come in and feel right at home, relaxed after a long journey and close to those we’d come to visit. We were 2 adults and 4 kids aged 4-11. They loved this house and garden. They had the safety and freedom to play and enjoy the beautiful day/evening. Ger was wonderful and kept in contact, even coming to visit us to ensure we were happy. Instructions left were clear, and the house is beautiful. We were gutted to leave in our travels. But as my family live near by this place will become a yearly regular!
