Very nice home right about 2 blocks from the beach. Dean was always very responsive. Easy to get in and out of the home and within walking distance to pretty much everything you could need.

Lisa was great. Her beach cottage was exactly as she described. It is cozy and in a great location. The wifi was very fast (350 download/20 up)! I was able to sign into my Hulu account on the two TVs. The kitchen is too small to do anything beyond basic cooking, but who goes to the beach to cook when there are so many restaurants around?

Tobias has a great country-style house just outside downtown Princeton. Everything was spotless clean and we felt very at home. Cannot recommend enough!

What a perfect place for our weekend stay. Michael was incredibly accommodating. Extremely clean and beautiful. My kids absolutely loved the arcade room and the hot tub! One of the best parts was the location. A quick walk right to the beach and boardwalk. I hope I get the chance to stay at Michael’s place again in the future, being we visit the shore many many times a year!

I recently stayed at Michael and Paul's Airbnb, and it was a fantastic experience. Having visited Seaside Heights for 28 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. Despite some previous negative reviews, I found them to be exceptional hosts. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Their property manager, Carl, was also outstanding ⁹he provided helpful information and even notified us when beach flags were up to indicate no swimming. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Very happy with our stay! Pictures are accurate and the space was very clean. The emenities provided were incredible. I rented this for my best friend's wedding weekend. The downstairs space was so open and bright. It was the perfect space for us to have makeup, hair, and dress all done with 6 of us in there. Definitely recommend for your Shore Weekend Stay!!

Pelican’s Perch was perfect for gathering with family and offered ample space for us to relax. Everything was clean and organized. We appreciated having amenities for a baby so we had less to bring along. Very close to the boardwalk and walkable for restaurants as well. We would stay again!

The house is delightful. It was clean, spacious, and it's in a beautiful location, close to the beach and the bay. We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely recommend it to others. Danny is a great host, and was extremely responsive. We would love to stay there again.

My family & I stayed for 4 nights & had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful & pristine! It had everything we needed to feel at home. Sara was very responsive to any questions. The house was in a walkable neighborhood very close to Princeton University as well as many shops & restaurants and yet was very peaceful & quiet. Would stay here again next time in Princeton!

Cindy’s home was absolutely perfect in every way! From the moment we arrived we felt right at home with all the fabulous amenities, ample space, great communication and overall amazing experience. I wish we could keep this gem a secret! The location was ideal for our multigenerational annual family trip. We had kids from 1-7 and adults of all ages. The beach and boardwalk were easily accessible for beautiful and rainy days alike. We can’t wait to go back! If you are considering this property do yourself a favor and book now!

Our stay was absolutely flawless. Donovan was a great host, very responsive. The house is simply fabulous. Bay setting gorgeous and complete with hot tub, pool and fire pit all of which we used. The bedrooms were very large and fully equipped with everything needed. There is nothing I would change about our stay. Donovan has a book in the house that tells you all about the house and the events/ restaurants etc. It’s an ideal party house with an outdoor kitchen and indoor second kitchen complete with ice maker, wine coolers and supplies. But we were there for the relaxation and it was perfect for that too! I highly recommend this home and hope to stay again!

Super clean, nice layout and well maintained. Walkable to beach and food in the area. Sofa bed not very comfortable for an adult but it worked.

The Condo was great, clean and comfortable. IT was also locally set to be right in the middle of Seaside, Toms River, Lavellette and all the action while being quiet and relaxing. Angie was great to work with. I would definitely suggest booking this location.

The host is very communicative and responsive. The apartment's location is great, and the neighborhood is very safe. The apartment is located next to the train station, which it's very convenient if you need to travel or commune. It was a little issue with the check-in, but besides that, everything else was excellent. I would stay in the apartment again. Thank you Evelyn for everything.

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

Leidy was a wonderful host. Available within minutes of ringing her phone. The apartment was clean, cozy and confortable. Everything needed for a fun walk to the beach vacation. The heated pool was great for a dip at the end of the day . The kitchen was well stocked with necessities...pots, pans, spices, oil and vinegar (if you wanted to cook). It was is quiet in the evening away from the boardwalk yet close enough to go there if you want the razzle/dazzle of Seaside Heights attractions. We would stay again for sure if our travels bring us back to NJ.
