This is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting UConn or the surrounding area. Keri and Jason were fabulous hosts and very responsive to my needs. Keri even anticipated needs by offering to have a fresh cup of coffee ready for me on the AM. Everything was perfect for my stay and there was definitely a comfortable feel. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

This is such a beautiful property. a historic home with all the lovely touches. and plenty of room for family gatherings as well as comfortable sleeping quarters. Charlie is a great communicator and very flexible. He makes sure we have what we need in the kitchen and even let us check in early right before Thanksgiving. This is one of our favorite spots to stay when we're in the area

Very comfortable for a short stay with two coworkers for a conference! Melissa was super nice and the apartment was clean and functional. We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment has a third room off the kitchen and living room- a little office space where you can set up an air mattress or cot (both options provided). You have to walk through that room to get to the bathroom but I slept fine there nonetheless.

Great Lake location. The beds were comfortable and the coffee plentiful. Hosts checked in just the right amount to make sure our stay was perfect. Did a great job to make sure the path was safe/sanded in the snow!

I fell in love with this apartment, the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were excellent, very cozy and endless amenities, the only complaint I have is the ceiling of the room but it is understandable and is not a big deal and they did not tell us where to put the garbage so we had to leave it in front of the door in the garage but other than that a very good experience in this beautiful place, I recommend it!

Exactly what we needed to visit our family in Granby!

My girlfriend and I stayed for one night and it was perfect! The bed was super comfortable and cozy. Lots of space and it was decorated very nicely. Robyn supplied us with extra toiletries and towels which was greatly appreciated and I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

we had to leave early for an emergency and my mom left her iPad on the bed..... without hesitation, Fiordaliza took the iPad to the post office the next morning and mailed it back to us. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HER!! Very friendly, professional, helpful. we will certainly be staying with her again! Thank you!!

This home is beautiful and although it’s in the main house they have it to where you do not cross paths at all. It’s very private and peaceful. The only thing that was odd was the amount of lady bugs in the upstairs area.. lol. They are in a beautiful spot with a gorgeous view from the master. It accommodated my husband, myself, and our two kids very well. We very much enjoyed our stay.!

Chris was a great host, made things straightforward and is super kind. The place was lovely and wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Gary and Annie's place is even better than the photos showed and the listing described. This is a very spacious apartment, with everything you might need and great instructions for how to use everything. It's a bright and cheery space with a great bed and very complete kitchen. It rained both days we were there but the view was still amazing. Annie and Gary are supportive hosts and respond very quickly to communications. I appreciated that they welcomed my dogs. Highly recommend!

Jennifer’s place was as described. She was very responsive and helpful. The space was comfortable and she gave easy access to the hot tub. The location was walking distance to downtown which was great. The only downside was that it could be a little loud, not great soundproofing from the rest of the house, and while the street was pretty quiet, there is no front yard so the head of the bed is basically feet from the sidewalk. I only mention it because the noise could be an issue if you’re sensitive to that.

Luke and Grace were excellent hosts. They were very responsive to messages, and took care of things right away. It was the perfect combination of them being there when we needed them, yet they let us have our privacy. The keyless entry was easy to use and reliable. We stayed for almost 2 months as we waited to move into our new home, and it was the perfect fit for us and our 2 cats. We were comfortable and felt at home. It was a bonus we could use their washer and dryer during our extended stay. I would highly recommend their cozy suite to anyone!

We had a fabulous stay at Amanda's place. It was so quiet, peaceful and the scenery was just so beautiful. We felt relaxed the moment we entered the property. It's definitely a place where you want to take it slow, watch the sunrise and admire the landscape and nature. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Lots of thoughts and efforts had been put into the place to provide for a very comfortable stay. Amanda's communications were excellent right from the beginning till check out time. She also provided a folder filled with useful local information and recommendations. Many of the amenities Amanda provided were not only environmentally friendly but are also very high quality products. Even though the apartment is attached to the main building, we still had our own complete privacy and there's very little noise at all from the main house. We will be happy to return again whenever we are traveling in the vicinity.

This was my first Airbnb that I stay in the US, this place was amazing. The view was incredible, very peaceful and quiet. I definitely recommend this place thousand percent.

The place was perfect for a weekend stay. It was quiet, location was convenient and hosts were friendly and flexible.

Staying at the Floating Library made for an amazing weekend! The space was super clean and very comfy, plus very quiet and relaxing. Getting into town for restaurants, etc. was easy. I definitely would stay here again!

Joan greeted me at the door and was so warm and welcoming. We had a lovely chat and saw her passion in having an Airbnb. She loves meeting her guests! She left wonderful and sweet homemade treats for me and made sure I had what I needed with coffee and tea. The bed/mattress and sheets were probably the most comfortable of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! The location was great for downtown Florence and 2 mins from the Florence Pie Bar! Yummy drinks and pastries! Downtown Northampton is a quick 5-7 mins drive away! It was a wonderful stay and being a Smith grad school alumni, I will be booking with Joan again when I come back to the area again!

We enjoyed our stay while in Norwich to visit our daughter. The home is beautiful and spotless. The neighborhood seems very quiet and safe. Razul was very responsive and kind, even when the confusion was of my own making. We will stay here again our our next return to Norwich.
