Welcome to the Craftsman Bungalow Guest House. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It is a 1930's Sears Craftsman home located near downtown Greenup, about 1 mile from Rt 70. Greenup, known as the Village of the Porches between Interstate 70, IL RT 40 and IL RT 130, with over 1500 residents. Our Main Street (Cumberland St/Il Rt 121) is also part of the National Road, attractive old architecture, beautiful overhanging porches leading to our Covered Bridge

Family Friendly Cottage in the Countryside

White Pine cottage is a cozy rental in Toledo, IL. Tastefully decorated, and sparkling clean, you'll find it to be the perfect spot for your next work trip or weekend getaway. On the main level is kitchen/living area that is furnished with the basics for cooking and eating. There is also a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen sized bed. Upstairs is a loft area with two twin mattresses on the floor. The two porches outside and a firepit provide ample space for connecting with loved ones.

The Candy Kitchen

Take a step back in time as you enter this authentic 1930's Soda Fountain located in downtown Greenup Village of the Porches situated on the Historic National Road. The Loomis Family immigrated from Greece and operated the Soda Fountain and Confectionary until the 1960's. It has since been transformed into a spacious and comfortable living area with the original Soda Fountain still intact, beautiful tin ceiling, and also includes a large kitchen, a separate shower room & powder room.

Welcome! Imagine waking up ten steps from the water, kayak paddles already calling your name. The Lake House on Lake Sara puts you right at the edge of the lake — with four kayaks, a crackling fire pit, and a sunlit enclosed porch to come home to. The Lake House is located just a short walk to the Beach, Pinky’s , The Rusty Reel Bar (below Pinky’s) and The Marina. The beach offers a beautiful playground, pavilions, exercise equipment, pickleball courts and a frisbee golf course!

The Bin at No Bad Days farm is a newly constructed grain bin. As you walk in checkout the beautiful craftsmanship on the ceiling! There is a loft upstairs where you will find a king size bed. There is also an oversized chair that converts to a small bed as well. Main floor has a sofa sleeper for two. There is a kitchenette and full bath. We know you will enjoy the rustic look of this unique property. We are 5 minutes from Lithia Springs Marina and we have room to park a boat!
