Great apartment in a perfect location. Just a short walk away from Dotonbori. Beautiful view of the river as well. Our host was very responsive and helpful, 5 stars 🤩

This was my favourite stay of our whole trip. Only stayed two nights but felt right at home. The area is great. Close to everything but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. Being able to leave our bags before check in was amazing. The place is super clean and has everything you need. Shower pressure was great. Especially when you need to wash your hair. Yui was lovely and quick with her responses. Highly recommend this place and will be staying here again next time I visit Osaka.

Keiichi’s place was exactly he described. He communicated well and all questions answered. Good: Great view, very quiet and clean. Kids liked the bunk beds. NG : not really walkable to restaurants, and Uber had difficulty finding me for unknown reasons. We had to walk a bit to be found.

Great place to stay, good space and near Dontombori’s landmarks and a great view from the balcony.

Jolie petite appartement très mignon. Bel environnement et calme. On a passé très bon moment chez Nami-san. Logement est impeccable. J’y hâte de retourner pour la prochaine voyage au Japon.

Our fave place to stay in Kyoto, beautiful location, balcony overlooking a small river full of whimsical cherry blossoms in season. This historic building was originally a house where Geisha lived - small but cosy with everything you need, including a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster oven and double induction stovetop), laundry on the balcony (no dryer, hang clothes up to dry inside), separate toilet, shower n tub with plenty of hot water, toiletries n towels. We had 3 gals using it this visit. Futons in one room with table n chairs n the balcony with chairs too. A divider screen created 2 rooms. There is some street noise - be understanding and keep yours to a minimum too. Situated perfectly, close to restaurants and bars, convenience stores, bus stops, a few minutes walk to Yasaka shrine and the shopping area and Gion (the Geisha district). Hosts very friendly n accommodating. Stay here frequently and recommended to friends who loved it too. Such a great spot!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Rui's home! Her sister Yui lives downstairs, and was very communicative with us throughout our stay. We arrived late in the evening and she met us outside with her husband. They helped us bring all our luggage up to the second floor! They were very welcoming and the place was imcredibly clean and exactly as pictured. Yui was very helpful and responsive whenever I asked questions in the app. We even had trouble with a pizza delivery, and Yui called the restaurant to make sure they delivered to the right address. The location was amazing, with a beautiful park right outside. Only a 10 minute walk to the station, and plenty of great restaurants a short walk away. The convenience stores and supermarket were also within a short walking distance. Yui booked us a taxi for our return trip home, and even carried our luggage downstairs for us. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and we will absolutely stay here again when we return!!

We were travelling with a group of 5 adults, 2 teens and 1 baby. We felt Toshi's house fit us comfortably. Basic necessities are provided, and the place is located in such prime location. minutes walk to Dotombori, Namba Station or Nipponbashi Station. Making our first Japan trip memorable! thank you Toshi

Can't beat the location if you want to visit Mt. Inari before or after the crowds. Since the grounds are open 24 hours, you can walk over anytime, day or night. And although the shops and shrine facilities are only staffed from about 9am to 6pm, you are free to walk the torii gates anytime, and it's absolutely surreal after dark. Also right next to a nice bridge over a picturesque river, and very close to a 7-11. Inside, the place is very nice, and certainly would stay there again.

Huge facility, great for large group stays. The rooms are more Japanese-style than Western, per the pictures. Only 2 showers (in the basement and roof), but toilets on each floor. The host is very welcoming and shares nice info about Hakone.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Place is great and communication was quick and uncomplicated

Amazing Stay in Kyoto! I had a wonderful time and this place is literally just across the street from Meguro River. The location is absolutely perfect, scenic, and within walking distance to great cafes, shops, and public transport. It was the ideal base for exploring Kyoto. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a home in Kyoto!

全体的に、素晴らしく気持ちの良い滞在となりました。 良い点 とっても広くて全てがとにかくおしゃれで清潔、気持ちの良い滞在となりました。 吹き抜けいっぱいでしたが寒いこともなく快適。 図書室の空間も面白かったです。 サウナも楽しませていただきました。 サウナは別料金で銀行振込をしなければならなくクレジット支払いに対応していないので、リスティング料金に初めから含まれているとさらにありがたいですが… 家の周りに美味しいご飯屋さんやテイクアウトできる食事もあったので、また、森戸神社もすぐ近所で散歩できてロケーションも最高でした。 周辺の情報や家の詳細などは、事前にこまかくリスト化して送ってくれていて、すごく助かりましたしかなり参考にしました。 デメリット ・家の前の道が激狭だったので車を使うのが少しおっくうになった。運転に自信のない方は近くのコインパーキングを利用した方が良いかもと感じました。 その分部屋でゆっくりできたので結果的に良かったです。 ・リスティング説明ではBBQセット無償で貸出の記載があったが、貸出を希望したところ記載の間違えで今は有料との返事だったのは残念でした。こちらからの申し出で無償にしていただきましたが、なんとなく申し訳なく使用できませんでした。 ・2泊3日だとアメニティの量が人数から考えて想定より少なく、トイレットペーパーも少なめで、家にいることが多く割と消費したので無くならないか少しハラハラしました。 ・オートロックと聞いてましたが鍵がかからず困って問い合わせたところ接続不良とのこと。前もって教えていただけたら助かるなだと思いました。

Great location and beautiful views. The house is also large and very clean. The host provided everything needed for a great stay.

宿泊に関しての説明がとても丁寧でした。また、地元のお祭りやおすすめの観光地等の紹介も計画を立てるのに非常に参考になりました。設備やアメニティも充実しており、１泊だけの利用でしたが、快適に過ごせました。また機会がありましたら是非利用させていただきたいと思います。

Le logement de Taiga et Iku est génial ! Situé sur un petit chemin parallèle à un ruisseau qui descend à l’océan, il était extrêmement propre, dans le style traditionnel japonais, avec futons sur tatamis et table basse exactement comme sur les photos. Iku nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a expliqué tout ce qu’il fallait pour nous sentir bien chez elle. Nous avions même du thé et de l’eau dans le frigo, ainsi que du café pour le matin. À 50 m de l’ocean, notre séjour (trop court !) dans ce logement a été une expérience japonaise authentique et formidable ! Merci encore, Iku pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil ! On recommande fortement.

This is such a perfect and cool place in Kyoto for a family of four. Great location for sightseeing and shopping. The windows have amazing views of the city and make for great people watching. The beds and futons are comfy. The 2 bathrooms are so convenient. The dryer dries well which is rare in Japan. The host responds quickly. We also enjoyed the Starbucks right downstairs and the hip rooftop bar above. Things to consider: It’s one big open space so you won’t get much privacy. And there’s only one large sink by the kitchen for both bathroom and kitchen use, which may be a bit awkward. But those were no problems for us. We LOVED our stay and would definitely stay again if we return to Kyoto.

伊東でのダイビングの後に宿泊しました。オーナーが建築家でいらして、設計・デザインを手掛けられたとのことで、広々としたおしゃれな部屋でした。シャワーのみだったので、可能であればお風呂もあると疲れが癒やされて良いと思います。

素晴らしい立地、整った設備のお部屋で、大変楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 ゴミの分別がよく分からなかったため(燃えるゴミにどこまで含めていいのか・缶と瓶とペットボトルは全て別に分ける必要があるのか)、間違えてしまっていないか少し心配しております。 機会がございましたら、ぜひまた利用させていただければと思います。ありがとうございました。

Stayed in 402 for two nights in late march. Extremely clean, everything worked and the space was perfect for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). Extremely good location for visiting enoshima and very short walk from the nearest stations. Great food choices within the area and very quiet at night. Everything looked very new within the unit, great water pressure for the shower, hot water did require manual turn on and worked great. Door lock took a few times to figure out given the two key holes.

Akiko是一位非常善良的女士. 我们因为行程到达的很早, 又拿了很多行李不方便行走. 在我入住当天给akiko打电话说明情况后, akiko非常愿意帮我们安排提前放行李进房间, 帮我们解决了很大的问题. 房间在一个特别特别可爱的淡粉色小楼里, 距离美丽的海滩只有一条很小的马路, 从房间内的窗户可以直接看到绝佳的景色, 房子楼下就拥有数一数二美丽的风景. 并且距离地铁站步行只要8分钟. 唯一的不足之处是没有电梯, 搬运行李需要走楼梯. 但是这绝对是值得的! 未来以后再来这个地方我一定还会预定这个房间的!非常推荐!
