Pristine and comfortable apartment. Super close to shinsabashi and dotonbori whilst being quiet. Only thing i’d recommend is english instructions for the washing machine and shower/bath but that alone is no problem and with google translate we figured it out. Would definitely stay here again

We loved this property. Stayed 3 nights. It’s right next to Kyoto Gyoen National Garden. We had Imperial Palaces/ cherry blossoms and shrines just right across the street. The area itself is quiet but has all the amenities and great friendly restaurants nearby. The Subway stop is right next to the property so anywhere in Kyoto is easily accessible. It’s a central location in the middle of Kyoto. The unit itself is super clean. Nice dining area and a huge TV to watch movies. The bedrooms have great linens and the beds are very comfortable. A really nice touch is the sauna inside the bathroom. We used it several times and it’s a very nice way to end the day. Apparently the bathtub can be a jacuzzi also but we didn’t try it out. Laundry is down in the basement and need 100 yen coins. Overall it’s one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in so we highly recommend this place. ❤️

We truly enjoyed our final stay in Osaka at this lovely condo. The room was spacious, well set up, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring the city. Everything was organized, and thoughtfully arranged to make our stay feel easy and enjoyable. The location was also convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. A great choice for anyone visiting Osaka. We’re leaving with wonderful memories — thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Osaka apartment! The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-maintained—perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. It had all the amenities we could possibly need and more, which made our stay super comfortable and convenient. The host was also fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and stress-free stay in Osaka!

Great little spot for exploring Osaka. Would recommend!

Very cool and beautifully decorated, it worked well for our family of 6. It is compact but with very spacious, clean and comfortable bedroom areas. The place was pristine, and had everything we needed. Amazing shower, always a bonus! The hosts were extremely helpful, kind and responsive, allowing us to store our luggage until we needed to leave for our flight home. The area is great, lots of little restaurants along the riverside, we had a delicious meal and a really fun night at Tawan Tei only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Also there is an amazing bakery called Sunmerry just as you head towards Nakai station. We were only there for three nights so didn't have time to check out much more but there are lots of options. Plenty of convenience stores nearby too. I would highly recommend Yuko and Ken's place.

아빠 환갑기념으로 첫 가족여행을 갔다왔는데 부모님이 너무너무 좋다고 해주셔서 대만족입니다!!! 수건 넉넉하고 드라이기도 있고 기본적인 샤워용품도 다 있고 호텔 냉장고는 작아서 많이 못 넣었는데 냉장고도 넉넉했습니다 콘센트도 곳곳에 있어 5인가족이 휴대폰, 보조배터리 충전하기에도 충분했습니다 오사카 오게된다면 올 때마다 여기에서 잘거같아요 최고입니다!!!!

Staying here was a very friendly and homely experience. The hosts welcomed us personally and were very lovely. They cooked us an incredible breakfast, which we couldn't believe the size of! Overall, this was a home from home.

Amazing historical house. It's not for everyone but it's fascinating to see how people would've lived back then! Host was amazing as well. Left way more snacks and drinks than I could finish, and offered lots of great advice for the area, and always checking up on me to ensure I am comfortable!

チェックインも柔軟に対応していただき、すぐにプライベート空間でくつろぐことが出来ました。周りに家はあるものの、サウナ･半外風呂のエリアはプライベート感があり全く人目を気にすることなくゆっくりできました。お風呂が素晴らしく、鳥の声を聞きながら1日何度も非日常を味わうことが出来ました。食事は車で10分弱のところにひまわり市場というスーパーがあり、厳選された食材やお菓子を調達しに滞在中2回も通ってしまいました。野菜も肉も全ての食材が新鮮でした。ピザ窯をレンタルしたので自分で粉から作ろうかと思いましたが、ひまわり市場のピザがめちゃくちゃ美味しく、種類も豊富だったのでとても楽しめました。犬を連れて行ったのですが、外も中も楽しく過ごすことが出来て本当に楽しかったです。目の前を走る電車は1時間に1本くらい、2~3両編成の小さな電車、しかもお客さんもほとんど乗っておらずそれもまた非日常的でおとぎの国にいるような感じでした。また是非遊びに行きたいです。

雪予報で道路状況に不安がありましたが、前日から現地の様子を細やかに情報提供いただけたので安心して準備することができました。見渡す限りの雪景色、非日常のロケーション、清潔な施設のおかげで最高の体験ができました。ありがとうございました！

首先很感谢房东把房子出租给我们家庭使用，房子的情况大致与图片是一样的，从车站出来大概需要走13分钟可以到达房子的位置，让人惊喜的是楼顶露台泡澡的美妙体验；唯一让人不满的是当我们入住当天，发现房子二层存在卫生清洁不彻底和有异味时，与房东说明情况后，房东已读后直到我们退房并没有回复我任何消息或解决这个问题。

We had a great stay during our time in Japan. Yuki was always responsive whenever we had questions. The place was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood, so it was relaxing after a long day of exploring. Definitely would stay again next time I’m in Japan, highly recommend.

We had no trouble finding the hotel from the train. It was a walking distance and it was quite a lovely walk because you see all the different stores and restaurants. We arrived early so we rested in the lounge and then went shopping and had lunch. Finally, our room was ready and we were very impressed with the decor as well as a cleanliness. We especially loves the outdoor onsen which made you feel really relaxed as you listen to the birds. Our next night was with another Iori property so they transported our luggage to the next destination (so that we didn’t have to lug it around on the bus). Overall, we would be returned!
