Abbiamo passato un eccellente soggiorno con nostro figlio e i miei genitori nell'appartamento di Valentina. L'accoglienza è impeccabile, Valentina è molto gentile e attenta a dare tutte le informazioni utili per rendere la tua vacanza il più piacevole possibile.L'appartamento pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario per cucinare.Dispone di un grande giardino con piscina comune.. Indomma un posto paradisiaco! Speriamo tornare presto!Raccomandabile al 100%

Prachtig gelegen domein vlakbij het piepkleine Pieve a Presciano met een mooi zicht op het dorp en de omgevende cipressen. Het zwembad is dé grote troef van deze accommodatie, proper onderhouden en heel erg groot. Verder basic uitgerust en typisch Toscaans, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

Appartamento piccolo ma molto ben attrezzato, in posizione centralissima. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole soggiornare in un paese straordinario come Cortona.

Stunning views from the apartment windows, beautiful and authentic furnitures and cool rooms in the tuscan heat. Many, many, many recommendations from the whole family!❤️

Claudio's place was immaculate! I've never seen an Airbnb that was this clean and well thought out for this purpose. There was plenty of room for the two of us with space available to store our travel things for the week we were there. Claudio was very thorough in explaining how things worked and where things were located and also included notes here and there with how to deal with the trash, heating/cooling system and check out. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets to use as needed. As with most Italian bathrooms, the shower was a little small for those of larger stature, but it functioned well and the amount of hot water available was plenty for 2 people to be able to shower one right after the other. Claudio also left some wonderful welcome snacks, water, wine and had the kitchen stocked with all the necessary basics for making meals at home. He even had both Italian and American coffee available with the appropriate tools for preparation.

L'appartamento è delizioso, accogliente, confortevole, ben equipaggiato, ideale per una coppia. Il comodo e vicino parcheggio coperto (papa Giovanni Paolo II°), consente di lasciare la macchina e godersi Assisi, a piedi. Nella stessa piazza, si trovano le fermate dei bus. Daniela è una host molto cortese, sempre disponibile, ma discreta. Ci ha accolto personalmente, nonostante fosse già sera, per mostrarci l'appartamento e per le pratiche di check-in. Siamo stati molto bene. Assolutamente consigliato!

A great place to stay when are in Arezzo. Property is all single owned and even has side yard &. some backyard...In the middle of the city! Sure, its a 10-12 min brisk walk into the heart of downtown. But that's what makes this place special & quiet. Hosts were very helpful in connecting one of our group to local wine tasting room who assisted us in setting up some self-drive tasting adventures. A another in our group asked for a few things which could not found in apt, and host responded in minutes. We can't really say anything bad the apt or host re our 7nht stay.

posto tranquillo sia per noi che per il nostro cane che ha fatto subito amicizia con i 2 cani dell'host (Bretta e Charly)❤️❤️❤️ , torneremo appena possibile!!!

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

L' appartamento di Marcus é in posizione perfetta, in pieno centro. Si trova al primo piano, due ampie camere da letto, cucina perfettamente attrezzata completa di forno e di lavastoviglie, bagno cieco, ma funzioale. Perugia si é rivelata una località perfetta, anche per visitare altre mete quali Assisi, Spoleto e dintorni. Marcus é stato sempre gentile e disponibile.

Barbara gentilissima, appartamento veramente bello ed accogliente. Siamo stati benissimo.

Valeu muito ter ficado no centro histórico de Perugia. Como fiquei 3 meses sempre tinha uma coisa ou outra que precisava do suporte e eles sempre responderam e tentaram ajudar da melhor forma possível. Para o verão, o ar condicionado não é muito eficiente. De resto ficamos satisfeitos.

Molto bella la location , essenziale ma funzionale. Gran comodità avere la possibilità di utilizzare il ristorante (previa prenotazione). Spunti di miglioramento, maggior attrezzatura in cucina(mancavano posate , apribottiglie, nulla di non recuperabile dopo segnalazione), i cuscini del letto abbastanza scomodi. Torneremo volentieri

Our stay in Spello was absolutely magical! The town is an enchanting place and staying at Manuela’s apartment made our time so enjoyable. The apartment has plenty of room and the views from the private patio are outstanding. Manuela welcomed us into her apartment and despite the language differences, she made us feel immediately at home. Thanks for everything Manuela! We would highly recommend a stay at Manuela’s apartment in Spello.

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Il posto è esattamente come descritto se non meglio, lo stesso vale per gli host. La permanenza è stata piacevolissima. A 10 minuti d’auto da Gubbio, l’ageiturismo è un posto vivo ma molto tranquillo. Ottima cura degli interni ma anche di tutto l’esterno.

Le logement est conforme aux photos. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment magnifiques pour se détendre et se reposer. Prévoyez le répulsif à moustique pour la fin de journée et la soirée. Nombreux sites et chateaux à visiter à proximité. Je vous conseille le restaurant Le Fenice à proximité (menu à 15€ avec entree, pizza, dessert et café).

Het was geweldig! Ilario is de perfecte gastheer, er zijn geweldige restaurants in de buurt en de omgeving is heerlijk rustig.

Wir haben uns bei Maria Luisa sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was es braucht. Der Garten und Poolbereich ist wirklich wunderschön. Maria Luisa und ihr Sohn Simone sind unglaublich nett und super erreichbar. Was noch besser sein könnte: Das Bett war für uns ein wenig zu hart und man muss einfach wissen, dass man zu Fuß nicht viel machen kann, sondern auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt. Ansonsten ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.

“Un soggiorno indimenticabile in un contesto unico!” La location è semplicemente incantevole, immersa in un contesto medievale che regala un’atmosfera magica e suggestiva. La struttura è ben gestita, estremamente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. È una base perfetta per visitare le meravigliose Assisi, Perugia e i tanti splendidi borghi dell’Umbria, tutti facilmente raggiungibili. Un ringraziamento speciale a Gianmario, il proprietario, per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità nella comunicazione, e a Nazareno, il gestore, che ci ha accolto con grande calore e attenzione, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia vivere l’Umbria al meglio!
