I would highly recommend staying here, it’s so peaceful and there’s an enclosed hot tub which adds extra privacy. Host was superb and came out to greet us (was so friendly and had a box of homemade brownies)

Great value for money, the cabin is in a great spot and Dalavich is a beautiful wee place. Loads of walks in the area and great to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day

Schöne, schicke und gemütliche Lodge mit Whirlpool. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit! Man hat viel Platz und es gibt zwei Badezimmer, jeweils mit Dusche und Toilette. Der See ist in der Nähe, und mit einem kleinen Boot oder zum Stand up Paddling ist es dort bestimmt toll. Der Vermieter war sehr nett.

Wild Thistle Lodge absolutely blew us away! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. The location is out of this world — the views are simply breathtaking, like something from a postcard. Every corner of the lodge was immaculate, cozy, and clearly designed with so much love and attention to detail. Jane, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She had a full folder waiting for us with recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and even directions to everything — it made exploring the area so easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find a place where you feel completely at home the minute you walk in, but Wild Thistle Lodge was exactly that. The peaceful surroundings, the stunning views, the thoughtful touches throughout the lodge — it all came together to create one of the best stays we have ever had. We are already planning our next trip back. If you’re considering booking Wild Thistle Lodge — don’t hesitate for a second.

We enjoyed a walk around loch ,forest and hot tub. It was peaceful and relaxing holidays. The bed was comfy.

A lovely find in a gorgeous scenic location. The lodge was warm and cosy, with everything we needed, including an extremely comfortable bed! We made full use of the hot tub which was plenty big enough and kept at a good temperature. We enjoyed walking in the local area and had an excellent meal at the Crinan Hotel Seafood Bar as recommended in the guest pack. Our hosts were great and made sure that any issue was fixed swiftly.

A great cabin in a wonderfull location, surrounded by mountains. Totally peaceful with breathtaking views across to the sea in the distance. Cabin is snug and warm, really comfortable and a great place to relax after exploring the local area. Karen is an excellent host- responding quickly to any query. Thoroughly recommend this cabin.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sara’s cabin. The location was perfect for us - quiet, beautiful, comfortable. Walking and kayaking from the door and we were treated to a couple of otter sighting whilst we were there. Sara was a great host, and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend.

Really nice cabin with great access to walks right behind it. Kitchen had everything we needed, very modern, clean, perfect for a short stay with the dog! Wish we had time to stay for longer and make the most of some great weather in Fort William

Caroline was a wonderful host who was sweet and extremely generous with her accommodations for my little dog; offering not only a welcome box of treats, but dog bowls, towels to dry her if she got wet, special furniture covers and more! The location was resplendently beautiful with great views from the massive and cozy porch/balcony. The cabin was spotless, stocked to the brim with Easter treats, decorations and gifts of wine and Tunnocks sweets. She even hand illustrated an adorable map to help us find the cabin!! I couldn't have asked for more. We'll definitely stay here again given the opportunity. 💕

what can I say that hasn't already been said? Wonderful comfy cabin with everything you might need & more. Very helpful host allowed us to check in early as we had travelled since 1.30am. Area is stunningly beautiful & took my breath away - lots to do within an hours travelling. We visited Bute, Oban, Inveraray & lots more. Will definitely be returning.

Cosy and comfortable cabin in a beautiful part of Scotland. The cabin is quite small, but well designed and the layout gives plenty of space for two people. Excellent storage spaces under and above the bed means you can have your things out the way. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was great too. The place was spotlessly clean. Location is perfect for exploring the hills and glens of Lochaber and there is a well stocked shop just a few minutes drive away in Spean Bridge. Great place and would definitely stay again!

We were greeted by lovely Ellie. She was super nice. Lovely cabin and very well designed. Perfect location with gorgeous view of Loch and mountains and wild deers ( got to feed them). Ben navis, Glencoe, Fort Williams etc are close. Definitely recommended and will go again next time.

We stayed three nights and our stay was amazing in this beautiful and spacious Cabin. We were received by Harold and he made us very comfortable with his pleasant attitude, he showed us around and we found his Cabin better than our expectation. The beds were very comfortable and the bed sheets and towels were very clean. They provided us with Tea, coffee and biscuits and their kitchen was well equipped. Harold and David were very good with communication throughout the AirBNB messaging system and they replied within 5 minutes. We also met David and he guided us and gave us some good advice and suggested to us some amazing Scottish locations which we visited. The cottage is situated on the UK's longest Dead End road and we were advised by David to go there and we did visit there and we would suggest everyone to do that as it was amazing. Will definitely visit again. Thanks

We loved staying at Crofters rest, the view of Ben Nevis is spectacular, it is peaceful and a pleasure to stay in. We booked an extra night just to enjoy the peace and quiet and views. Joanne was a perfect host, friendly easily contactable and the directions to the property were easy to follow and checking in was swift and painless. The croft is well equipped , very clean and the beds very comfortable. There is so much to do and see around Fort William , we also took the train to Mallaig which was very scenic Thank you Joanne , my Dad and I really enjoyed our stay and are already looking at dates to come back .

Iain and Poppy were great hosts, very friendly easy to communicate with and made the check in process very easy. Location is extremely beautiful especially when the weather is good . The property itself was immaculately clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed. Would highly recommend and definitely want to visit again

Gregor's cabin is ideal for few days out in countryside away from busy life. lots of public woodland and trails within walking distance and Gregor also rents bikes which are good on the local trails to loch Avich. All in all great stay and very easy going and local host
