The apartment was squeaky clean and the kids enjoyed the small above ground pool. Oscar was very responsive and made us feel that if any issues should arise, he would attend to them immediately. During our stay the entire island suffered a power outage. When I opened my phone to inform him about it, there was already a message from him letting me know that there was a generator that would be turned on immediately so that our comfort would not be disrupted. Indeed it was not. We enjoyed staying in Oscar's lovey home.

Beautiful home overlooking the Atlantic ocean! Accommodations for our family worked well with separate bedrooms and three and one half baths! Very private and peaceful patio area. Nearby beach is not suitable for swimming, but there are other swimming beaches a short drive away. There were a number of good restaurants in the area! The host was very responsive when we had a little maintenance issue with a lock. We all had a great time!

We loved this place. It was located well. We took awesome pictures and enjoyed our stay. I recommend this place.

Spectacular backyard. Great gazebo, so peaceful and beautiful on the lake. Kids loved the pool. We saw many fishes in the lake. A great beach less than 2 miles away (punta salinas). Grocery store is less than 1.5 mile away and many restaurants as well. Rafi was a very responsive host. We had a great time!

I had a great experience staying here! The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and welcoming. I especially loved all the thoughtful details that were left for us; it really made the stay feel extra special. Karl was a great host always able to text and communicate. Very helpful. The house looks way better in person. Beautiful home. Pool is bigger than what it looks. Balcony views into the Puerto Rico hills full of green trees. I love it here whenever I come back I will be booking through Karl at this home again. Great home

Mom’s House was by far one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in while on vacation. It was so comfortable and felt like a home away from home. I came to Puerto Rico with my three sisters and our mother to celebrate my 36th birthday all the way from Virginia and we were in love the first day. It was very spacious and accommodating for the five of us. Pedro our host, was very friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to visit Puerto Rico again because I will definitely be booking Mom’s House.

Hosts - the hostesses were very responsive and communicative. Any issues were answered promptly. Understanding and helpful. Directions - we went in two separate cars, the map link provided led us to a house like 3-4 doors down. The pictures helped us figure out which house it was. Also it's the only 2-story house on that street. BnB - AC was helpful, but much to my surprise the was cooler than expected. At some points, not all the ACs were on and 1 ceiling fan was the only thing on on the first floor. Kitchen is stocked with the basics and a plethora of seasonings. 2.5 baths were convenient for a 7-person group. The pool was a good add to the hot days. No issues. No bugs. Location - for us, everything we wanted to do was 30-60 mins east or west of the BnB. Main highways were about 5-7 min drive. It's an island, so places were fairly easy to get to. Eats - there were lots of mom and pop restaurants in the area. Recommend to try them our or use the host's guidebook.

Great Airbnb with creative design, A/C minisplits throughout, and beautiful garden along river. Grassy river bank is great for morning walks and exercise workouts. Peaceful apartment in a residential neighborhood.... near baseball field and walkable to breakfast pastry place. Washer and dryer in apartment or closer laundromat would have been useful. Kitchen could use herbs and spices, steel spatulas, and metal scrubber sponge for pans... to feel more like home. Otherwise, great place.

This place was great small place. Very easy to find and good location. Mateo was very accommodating when I had plans change. Overall would definitely recommend. The only one con I have is the placement of outlets but that’s me being picky.

Hosts are very helpful and responsive, easy check in, comfortable space, very peaceful, quiet and relaxing location to stay by yourself or with partner. I highly recommend staying here and would stay again in the near future.

Inmobilaria was a great host and her place was perfect for me and my family. Even in the blackout we felt safe, just a little warm 😓. Inmobilaria was very gracious and generous to provide a partial refund, which I was extremely grateful for. The blackout was out of her control. She did not have to provide the refund and provided it without me even asking. A woman of compassion and integrity. I would definitely rent from her again!

Es acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario para hacer una excelente estadía. El aire y los enseres funcionan muy bien. La cama es cómoda y tiene utensilios en la cocina para inventar si quieres en la cocina. Tiene zona de terraza con hamaca y la zona es tranquila. Marchi suele contestar rápidamente a cualquier pregunta. Volvería a quedarme!

My friends and I had the best time here! The pictures did not do this place justice, the view was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and they had everything we could have needed including beach chairs, towels, and all other important amenities. The staff of the building were also so kind. We can’t wait to come back!

This place was amazing. Our first night there the neighborhood experienced a blackout, but Augusto and Liliana were very responsive and very helpful. They brought us over essentials like solar powered fans, flashlights, ice, and water which was very much appreciated. Besides that, the place is exactly as the pictures, beautiful and spacious. It is at a great & convenient location: many restaurants within walking distance, beach a block away, and La Placita a 5 min drive away. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Nadia’s home was beautiful. We loved it, where it was and everything about it. It’s a secure building and minimal apartments on each floor. The bed was SUPER comfy. I didn’t know I had to ask for the sleeper couch sheets prior but Nadia came within 30 minutes late at night to bring them to us. There is so much around whether to shop, eat, or do. The beach was a quick walk. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and would 10000% book again when I go back! Thanks for an amazing stay!

I had a great stay at this condo in Puerto Rico! The host was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations that really enhanced our trip.
