Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Wir hatten ein paar ganz wundervolle Tage bei Sabina. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Sabina hat sehr gut geklappt und war total freundlich. Sie hat uns zu jeder Zeit Fragen beantwortet und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung abgegeben, offen und hilfsbereit! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Comunicazione ottima, posizione molto comoda della villa che mantiene tuttavia la riservatezza e tranquillità. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie a una permanenza di diversi giorni. Esperienza da ripetere!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

Great place to stay near Rome! Very easy access to all Rome has to offer and still being peaceful and private!

Le logement correspond à la description et se situe à 15 minutes à pieds des jardins de la villa Borghese. Celeste est disponible et accueillante. Elle nous a aidé de résoudre une situation très embetante. Nous recommandons +++

El piso es muy bonito, tranquilo y puedes disfrutar un poco de naturaleza y aire libre . Daniela y su mamá han sido muy amables y resolutivas. Y el barrio es encantador con un poco de vida y muy gente local. Sin dudas lo recomendamos sobre todo para largas estadías ya que se descansa muy bien .

Jacopo's place was the perfect base for our stay in Rome. Beautifully furnished and decorated with all possible amenities, in walking distance to a subway station and private parking at the property. Jacopo was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and we hope to stay someday again.

Had one of our six not gotten sick for a day and a half, we would have said this was our ALL TIME BEST vacation choice. Clearly no fault of our hosts that we missed out on a day. We are just grateful that the house was a great place to rest and sit out a day.

Carmela is a great host. Even with a late night inquiry, she came to welcome me in person, deliver the keys and explain everything! The private garage parking, exudes security, and the elevator to the apt made the move-in a breeze... Also The apt ws beautiful!!!!! Super Comfortable... I really appreciate her allowing me to enjoy her space.. Definitely returning the next time I am in town..

Neben dem Whirlpool gab es sogar ein Boxsack zum trainieren und eine PlayStation 3. Als wir angekommen sind hat uns Antonio sogar etwas zum Essen da gelassen und auch einige Getränke, wie Wasser, Bier und sogar Sekt. Kaffee war auch vorhanden. Also wirklich eine super Erfahrung und schöne Unterkunft gewesen!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Salima, qui est une hôte très attentionnée et amicale. Nous recommandons les petits-déjeuners sur la terrasse au soleil, avec les chants des oiseaux. C'est un atout énorme, car le logement est un peu trop petit pour que 4 personnes mangent. L'emplacement dans Rome est excellent, idéal pour les visites ! Nous recommandons !

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment for our 5 days in Rome. Walkable to many sights, and close to a taxi stand for those that were a bit further than we wanted to walk. The neighborhood is very active, with lots of dining options. The apartment was a great size for our family of 3 (2 adults and a young child) with plenty of storage. Having a second bathroom/shower was a real perk. Although the street is busy during the day, it’s far enough from Navona that it was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend!

Heerlijk appartement met mooi terras en gezellige serre. Geweldig geleden in het levendige centrum van Trastevere. Wel heel licht ‘s ochtends doordat er niet alle ramen gordijnen hebben.

Sehr tolle Gegend die perfekt angebunden ist. Ich war schon mehrmals in Rom und würde immer wieder in die Unterkunft von Jochen. Das Viertel ist wirklich toll, man kann super schnell zum Bus um in die Innenstadt zu fahren, hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und tolle Cafes direkt am Piazza um die Ecke - Testaccio ist ein wahrer Traum! In der Wohnung war auch alles in Ordnung und sauber :)

Dank Andreas hat alles bestens und unkompliziert geklappt. Zusammen mit der tollen Wohnung in hervorragender Lage und dem bombastischen Wetter hatten wir eine herrliche Zeit in Rom. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s apartment. It was very spacious. The rooftop patio is so nice with beautiful sunset views including the Colosseum. The location is perfect being close to the Colosseum and not too far of a walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We took an Uber to the Vatican as it was a bit far for us to walk. There are many nice restaurants near the apartment. We arrived the day the Pope passed away so the city was very busy. We had a lovely visit in Rome and staying in Michael’s apartment was great!

We had a lovely stay at Marianna's. She was an amazing host, communicated excellently and provided lots of recommendations.

The apartment was, as the description says, charming. Full of period touches as set out in the listing. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and thoughtful - they decorated the apartment and provided cake and spumante so we could celebrate our granddaughter's birthday, and Giovanni came quickly to our rescue this morning when I managed to get a key stuck in the wrong lock! And as for the "secret room"! The kids had a whale of a time looking for it, and then sleeping in it once it had been discovered. An excellent stay - I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Marina’s place in Rome is a great spot, near the Vatican! Marina was always very attentive and very nice host. She always assisted us with whatever we needed and I hope to stay again in her lovely apartment.
