Stojan was a wonderful host and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The views from the villa are truly spectacular and the villa itself is really nice. The location is so relaxing with the sea right under the window! There is an amazing outdoor area to enjoy the views from which you can hear the waves! Please note that the 2 floors of the villa are separate apartments with no stairs inside to get from one floor to the other, you have to go outside to get to the other floor. Stojan was extremely flexible with check in and check out which was so helpful. Stojans villa is amazing! Thank you!

Amazing house! being able to dive into a velvet sea right outside the house is priceless! The house is very nice, the small community of neighbours is charming, and the Kotor bay is a stunning place. Milica was extremely helpful at every level! From helping to get our luggage to the house to recommending and organizing activities, her responsiveness and input were superb. Thanks to Milica, these few days in Bjelila will remain a fantastic memory for me and my family. Definitely 5 star location and service!

Didžiausi šių namų privalumai - vieta su nuostabiais vaizdais į Kotoro įlanką, keli žingsniai iki jūros su patogiu įlipimu į skaidrų vandenį, didžiulės gražios lauko erdvės, kuriose visada yra pavėsio. Taip pat patogi vieta automobiliui. Privatus kiemas, todėl visą dieną galima prabūti lauke su maudymosi apranga - eiti maudytis, plaukti irklente, valgyti, žiūrėti TV arba gėrėtis vaizdais. Šeimininkas labai rūpestingai ir maloniai atsakė į visas žinutes, o pasitiko jo brolis. Labai rekomenduoju tinginių atostogoms :))

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cette très belle maison Nous étions 12 et chacun a pu avoir son intimité (chambre, wc, douche privatif) Bien équipée (sauna en petit +) Bien placée dans la baie Plage de l’autre côté de la route Stationnement facile pour nos 3 voitures Super communication avec Vladimir Et Géorgie très sympathique et aux petits soins Seul petit bémol nous avons eu du mal à trouver la maison en arrivant de nuit (beaucoup de monde sur la route, route étroite et difficile par moment pour se croiser à deux, manque de signalisation/enseigne pour savoir de quelle maison il s’agit) mais à part ça RAS Je vois recommande

Vinka is a perfect host. She was really helpful and responsive about all the questions I had. The room is comfortable and quiet with plenty of kitchen ware. Given the price/quality it is a really good spot to spend a few days even a week. I recommend to have some kind of vehicle to move around the area scooter or a car. Cool spots like beaches and beach clubs in a 20 min ride. The private beach is a really nice spot. There are big rocks in the water so take some water shoes with you, barefoot is not comfortable. To enjoy the big bed I recommend to go early. And if some local says it is private, tell them you are Vinka's guests, and just ignore them. I liked the place. Recommended.

This villa is amazing, we had a wonderful time and at full occupancy it was not camped at all. Only drawback is the accessibility, you 100% need to drive and the roads have big drops and are quite tight with blind sides and the locals use them as a racing track! The local beach is brilliant, very steep so you need to be relatively young and very fit, I run marathons and worked up a sweat but it is doable for a fit adult it is 4.5km and a large drop and incline. Make sure you stock up as realistically the shops are around 30 -40 mins away, there is a small shop at the beach though for emergency supplies. On the flip side the you are in the mountains, amazing views and pool was fantastic and set-up was perfect so if you are after tranquility it is perfect. Jas is super helpful, great comms and Rosa is lovely although doesn't speak English so use Google translate to Siberian. The comms from Jas is perfect, he even has a video of driving up to the accommodation. Best host ever!

Evimizi book ettigimiz andan itibaren Milos her konuda son derece ilgili ve yardımcıydı.Arac kiralama, havalimanından transferimiz, eve girişimiz, girdigimizde ev ile ilgili sorularımızın hepsine cok hızlı yanıt verdi.Kendisinden cok memun kaldıgımızı en başta belirtmek isterim.Eve gelince, biz sadece 5 buyuk 2 çocuk seyahat ettik, cocuklardan ötürü korumalı bir ev istedigimizden bu yer bize cok uygundu.Diğer yandan bizler de kendimize buyuk ve rahat bir yer istemiştik.Evin karşısında otoparkı mevcuttu.Old City e arac ile sadece 5 dk da ulaşabiliyorsunuz.Evin konumu çok iyi, Kotor da kalabileceğiniz hem merkeze yakın, hem kalabalıktan uzak bir yer.Evin terası ve manzarası inanılmaz güzel.Kalabalık grupların rahatça konaklama yapabilecekleri çok keyifli ve rahat bir mekan, herkese tavsiye ederim.

Budimir was an excellent host! A very unique man with so much to offer. He is an excellent cook! He has a private restaurant downstairs from the property and offers great wine and spirits along with his wonderful personality. If you enjoy “experiences” Budimir offers you a great Montenegrin experience. The apartment is well done.

et helt fantastisk hus og beliggenhed. Det levede op til forventningerne. Vi var en familie på 9 personer og der var masser af plads, et perfekt hus til en stor familie. huset har den smukkeste udsigt jeg ikke turde drømme om. dog er det ikke så let at finde, men når man først har fundet det, er der guld i vente. We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

Christofer was an outstanding host and the villa is something quite special!!! We loved the views and being right on the water. The inside has a wonderful Scandinavian aesthetic and it was spotless! We made amazing memories and are so grateful to have stayed in such a lovely space and location!!

The property looks exactly like the pictures, perfect neighborhood, on the sea. 20 minute walk from the old town full of restaurants on the road facing the sea. Drako answered every question and the communication was excellent. He recommend us wonderful guide for a tour in town.

We have enjoyed our stay at Janja’s place…the location was perfect to reach old town, the home was very clean and cozy.. Janja was very friendly and communication was very easy and delightful…Highly Recommended..

The villa was absolutely incredible, but it was the hosts that truly made our stay. They brought us extra supplies when we needed them, and even went to a pharmacy to get us meds when most of our group got food poisoning. The icing on the cake, though, was when I lost my engagement ring and the hosts took extra care searching for it when we checked out and found it!! They were also extremely communicative and had a translator available, plus they arranged a boat for us and were flexible about check out time. The villa is really conveniently located but be aware it is on a busy road, so we mostly spent time at the bay during less busy times of day.

Abbiamo prenotato entrambe le casa essendo due famiglie. Case come da foto e descrizione. Lo spazio esterno è meraviglioso (sia la piscina che la parte del porticato con barbecue. Adam molto disponibile, dopo un forte temporale ha fatto tutto il necessario in breve tempo per risolvere i problemi elettrici e di connessione Internet. Host e casa raccomandati

This was a great villa to stay in. We stayed with friends for 5 days and had a fantastic time. The villa is nice and spacious (we were given the bottom and top floors to use) and the pool was great. We appreciated the outdoor dining area, bbq, and the table tennis table was used a lot. There was an issue with the shower heads not being fixed (so you'd have to hold it to shower) but once we communicated this, he came round and installed holders in all the showers (and fixed a lightbulb) so they were very attentive at fixing any issues. The kids loved finding a tortoise in the garden (not sure if he/she is a pet!) and the rooms were spacious and airconditioning was great. It is in a good location with a supermarket a short drive away, we explored the area and ate lunch in the nearest village which is a 30 min walk away. Just a note -some of us got lots of midgies/mosquito bites -not sure if it's due to the trees around the place so bring lots of anti-midge/mozzie spray!
