Le logement n’est pas du tout dans les standards européens néanmoins il faut en faire abstraction. En effet l’accueil de Shamany et de toute sa famille est exceptionnel. Il a été disponible et sa gentillesse en font un hôte 5 étoiles+. Il a organisé notre arrivée avec un chauffeur qui est venu à la gare de Lawang ( à 06h00 du matin) nous conduire jusqu’à sa maison où nous avons pu nous reposer. Le lendemain nous sommes partis avec Shamany à 2h00 du matin à Bromo pour voir ce site exceptionnel au lever du soleil, puis petit déjeuner et visiter le cratère ( un vrai plus). De retour chez lui, dans la soirée nous avons été accueilli par tout son quartier à une fête. Ce sont des moments de partages inoubliables que nous vous conseillons de vivre Enfin il a organisé notre départ avec de nouveau un chauffeur jusqu’à Ketapang pour poursuivre nôtre séjour vers Bali.

This was the third place in we stayed in Bromo and although we paid 4x the price of the other basic Homestays - it was definitely 4x better! It was warmer, more comfortable with night lights and hot water and warm bathroom. The room was clean and we really appreciated it after a few nights at other places in the area. The host was very helpful - always answering our questions - thank you! Free drinking water was so helpful - basic breakfast but a good way to start the day with vegetarian options. Great location - very close to seruni point - 5 minutes by bike or jeep and 40 minutes walking. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped us store our bags! Only downside (which is normal for Bromo) is people are so loud at 2am - yelling and shouting in the communal area - so bring ear plugs. But this cannot be avoided in Bromo and the room was comfortable all the same, thank you!
