Great safe place to stay, the apartment was small but convenient two bathrooms two rooms.

Lo rentaría cada que visite Tijuana si está disponible son muy atentos desde que salimos de casa estuvieron al pendiente cuando llegamos más nos ayudaron muchísimo en nuestra estadía el departamento está excelente muy cómodo tiene todo estuvimos como en casa No ruidos todo muy tranquilo Ellos son excelentes anfitriones se los recomendamos 1000% Por supuesto que buscaré disponibilidad cada que visitemos Tijuana ☺️

We really like the condo it was very spacious, comfy and clean. Javier was really detailed with easy access to the building, we had a couple of small problems with the toilet but quickly found a bucket in the laundry room fill it up with water and kept on pouring until it got unclogged. We also had a little water pressure problem from the second restroom shower knob was broken but manage to shut of the water quickly. We are still grateful and highly recommended this condo with a really nice view.

Arturo was a wonderful host and responsive. He was flexible with our checkout time, and allowed me and my large family to be comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home to friends.

I REALLY ENJOY MY STAY AND CAN’T WAIT TO COME BACK. THE IMPERIAL BEACH WAS SO AMAZING AND A JOYFUL VIEW AND WALKING DISTANCE TO GET TOO.

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of nice towels, 3 pods of laundry soap, recycling is always a plus. We didn’t drink the filtered water in the pitcher because we bought water before arriving. Plenty of space, w/4 beds, a crib, & pack n play. Games, books, toddler dishes, beach toys, boogie boards, surf boards. The fire pit was super nice. No wood except partially burnt, but we bought wood from the store. We loved the huge porch swing with the optional shade. We didn’t need a/c because there were plenty of locking doors & windows w/screens. Playing children & an ice cream truck were heard outside. There were dogs that barked occasionally but not after hours. The only thing we didn’t like was that on trash day, suddenly I saw a lady & child in our backyard taking their bin around our house. It seems the lot was split to contain 2 houses with a gate between them. It still felt pretty private all other times with the high fences, but we didn’t like the surprise. Thank you for having us!

Amazing place , was only there for one night but definitely was one of the nicest places i’ve stayed at better than most hotels in rosarito. view was also amazing everything was nice host was always helpful & responsive.

Rick’s place was so amazing , I am definitely coming back into town just to visit his place. The pictures don’t do any justice it’s way better in person and the views to the ocean was a great experience to wake up to. Thanks for everything Rick I’ll see you soon

Our stay in Aide's condo exceeded our expectations! Upon arrival, we quickly noticed how well-stocked the condo was. There was PLENTY of bottled water, fresh snacks, coffee and much more. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, extra toothbrushes, and the entire condo was super clean and very organized. The bedrooms are heated and also help keep the den warm, when needed. The condo is on the 15th floor so the views of the ocean and sunsets were beautiful. We appreciate all the attention to detail and the many extras touches this condo offered. Thank you, Aide--we will be back soon!

We loved our stay. It was perfect and relaxing. Walkable to restaurants and entertainment. Amazing view. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset from the balcony. It has everything that you need. You can uber from there and also UberEats. We are definitely coming back.

A very comfy clean condo! Had everything you need to enjoy a lil family getaway in Baja. Beach is walking distance from the back gate of complex and Rosarito Beaches are like 5 minute driving distance. Very easy to get into condo and security was very helpful in getting situated.

We just returned from the most amazing stay in Rosarito, and I honestly don’t even want to share this spot—it’s that good! My family and I stayed in a stunning condo that exceeded all expectations. The view alone was worth the trip—absolutely breathtaking. The condo was spotless and felt like a brand-new home. Everything was modern, yet still had that warm, charming vibe. The bathrooms were beautiful, and every detail had clearly been thought through. We didn’t need to bring anything extra—everything we needed was already there, which made packing and relaxing so much easier. The gated community added a huge sense of peace and security, knowing only guests could enter. Our kids had a blast swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tubs daily—and the highlight for them was making a little friend…a sea lion! Yes, really. This place really felt like a dream getaway. We’ll definitely be returning (and secretly hoping no one else finds out about it!).
