Die Wohnung lag perfekt, mitten in den Altstadtgassen, trotzdem ruhig und hell und mit einer riesigen Dachterrasse, auf der wir den morgendlichen Café und den abendlichen Aperitivo genießen konnten. Auch den Luxus der 2 Bäder haben wir sehr geschätzt. Alles top!

You can’t get more “central” than this top floor two-level apartment. You also can’t get a much more gracious host than Eleonora. She truly puts her heart and soul into this rental with nautical theme (the master bedroom feels like you’re staying in a large cabin on a cruise…it’s great) and many local decorations. She’s also a very conscientious host checking-up on us several times during our 6 night stay and meeting us at the train station upon our arrival. The kitchen of the apartment has everything you need to prepare meals just as you would at home (brand new Nespresso machine too) except for a microwave. The living room and “extra bedroom” offer plenty of space for a child or to spread out and do some yoga or whatever. The lovely deck that opens from the master bedroom gets a lot of sun but there’s a very easy to use awning that can be extended to offer relief. Despite being right on the main street in town, the noise levels are manageable.

Che dire? Tutto perfetto è dire poco! e non era così scontato visto che si trattava di un soggiorno di 3 mamme con 3 bimbi di un'anno e mezzo! l'appartamento era perfetto come da descrizione e idoneo a ospitarci tutti e 6 come richiesto.. disponibile anche lettino e seggiolone. Ma sono le accortezze degli host a fare la differenza.. da Mauro che ci ha portato su tutte le valigie in appartamento a Barbara che è venuta fino a Nervi per portarci alcune cose dimenticate! Contentissime di aver scelto il vostro appartamento per la nostra prima esperienza di viaggio!

We enjoyed a relaxing week in this nice and well equipped apartment. Nicely situated at the marina of Fezzano, a normal little village. The view out of the window was pretty: marina, gulf in the background. Thank you very much, Clemente! A la prossima!

Trevligt bemötande, lite svårt att hitta. Var observant på röda och svarta gatunummer. Bra rekommendationer till restauranger. Cool bar bakom huset. Bästa tipset: östaia a Ribotta - boka! Lägenheten helt magnifik!! Genua en väldigt fin upplevelse, coolt och rustikt. Vackert och fina palats - över förväntan. För de som vill lite bort från traditionella turistgator.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Marina et son mari sont des hôtes très accueillants et d’une grande gentillesse, ils nous ont apporté tous les renseignements nécessaires pour que nous passions un bon séjour. Très bon emplacement pour découvrir cette magnifique région. Nous avons été ravis de les rencontrer.

A great apartment just walking distance from everything you need. Took me about 5 minutes to walk from the train station and then around 10 minutes to get to the city centre. Luigia sent some great recommendations too of places to east and sea, and was very friendly and responsive too over the chat.

Die Steinhäuser von Giovanni & Danielle sind einfach traumhaft! Sie liegen auf einem Hügel in einem wirklich wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet in absoluter Ruhe. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und die Wanderwege die direkt von Haus losgehen sind einer schöner als der Andere. Das Häuschen ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Es ist unglaublich gemütlich und so liebevoll renoviert, es ist eine Freude! Und dann sind da noch Elena, Dario und ihr Sohn Pietro die den Aufenthalt mit ihrer freundlichen Art perfekt machen. Vielen vielen Dank! Größte Empfehlung!

Casa luminosa, pulita e moderna. Host molto disponibile. L'unica nota neutra è da ricercare nella posizione, molto vicina ad una grossa strada (non si sentono rumori), la casa è circondata da Bamboo molto densi che coprono un po' la visuale dalle finestre del piano superiore. In generale, esperienza positiva!

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

A szállás kifogástalan volt. Közel a központhoz. Kényelmes, tiszta szobák. Gabriele nagyon kedves és bármikor bármivel állt rendelkezésre. Ha erre járunk biztos, hogy itt szállunk meg. Erősen ajánlott szállás.

Un alloggio a dir poco impeccabile. Pulizia e ordine il punto forte. HOST sempre disponibile e reattivo a ogni nostra richiesta Snack e drink di benvenuto la ciliegina sulla torta. Consiglio Andrea e la sua struttura per il relax,riposo e comfort.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Giovanna, le logement est bien placé pour visiter les 5 terres, ainsi que les autres villages dans les environs qui sont magnifiques. Giovanna à été de très bons conseils pour l'organisation de nos visites et pour de bonnes tables. le logement était impeccable, vonforme a la description, dans un environnement calme, facilité de stationnement apprécié. nous recommandons cet hôtel!

Barbara,molto reattiva,ha reso disponibile la casa in un tempo brevissimo(meno di 12h). E’un vero angolo di paradiso; le foto forse non rispecchiano abbastanza la bellezza del posto. Una casa spaziosa, bella, rifinita con cura, arredata con gusto e dettagli di design. Tutte le stanze hanno bagno con doccia in camera. Tutto accessoriato e se hai bisogno di qualcosa in più B. è rapidissima nel cercare di accontentarti. Posizione panoramica spettacolare, immersa nel silenzio, circondata dalla natura con boschi e ulivi con una vista mare mozzafiato.I nostri cani hanno usufruito di un giardino molto ampio e recintato. La piscina è tenuta con cura e si gode totalmente della privacy. Tutta l’area ha sole fino al tramonto. In circa 15 min sei al mare, con spiagge ampie e belle. La nostra villeggiatura cominciata malissimo altrove, qui si è trasformata in una super vacanza! Barbara host SUPER, per qualsiasi cosa si prodiga per accontentarti. Torneremo presto

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ruhig und mit allem notwendigen liebevoll eingerichtet. Klein aber fein! Einzig das Sofabett war etwas durchgelegen. Die zweite Dusche im Freien war ein Genuss. Gleich nebenan gibt es eine Pizzeria der Spitzenklasse. Ich kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Posizione centralissima di Genova, ci ha permesso di girare a piedi nelle migliori attrazioni della città! A due passi dalla stazione di Brignole quindi anche facilitati con i mezzi. Gabriele con molta gentilezza ci ha accolto e spiegato il tutto, consigliato dove poter andare per scoprire la città e per dove mangiare meglio! È stata un’esperienza più che piacevole, se mai dovessimo tornare in città sicuramente sapremo a chi affidarci!

Logement bien placé, à 5 mn à pied de la gare. Deux vraies chambres avec une très bonne literie, (coussins, couvertures et serviettes en quantité pour un confort maximal) Le centre ville est très facile d'accès à pied, un super marché tout proche. L'accueil était très sympathique. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

Die Wohnung ist großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Alles war super sauber - hervorzuheben sind wirklich das Badezimmer und die Küche! Auf Serenas Bildern wird gar nicht deutlich, wie schön der Ausblick ist. Aus der Küche kann man super weit in die Ferne sehen und Sonnenaufgänge in den italienischen Bergen beobachten. Wir waren zwei Wochen dort und haben jeden Tag genossen. Von der Wohnung ist der Hafen schnell erreichbar und man kann gut in das italienische Leben eintauchen. Im nahen Umkreis gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei und zwei Supermärkte. Serena war immer erreichbar und hat sich schnell um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Weil wir so lange dort waren, gabs sogar eine Flasche Prosecco für uns. An den Wochenenden haben wir die Cinque Terre besucht, welche sehr leicht von La Spezia mit dem Bus erreichbar ist. Wir empfehlen Serenas Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral & ist mit allem ausgestattet,was es braucht. Der Check-In hat beim 2.Anlauf&mit sofortiger Hilfe von Giuseppe gut geklappt. Er war immer erreichbar bei Fragen oder Anliegen&war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Alloggio in ottima posizione, sia per raggiungere a piedi qualunque destinazione che per andare rapidamente in stazione a piedi. L'alloggio è conforme alle foto a alla descrizione, è molto pulito e attrezzato, dalla finestra c'è una bella vista e non si sentono rumori. Il bagno è grande e accogliente. La cucina ha delle attrezzature per preparare pasti semplici e c'è anche la lavastoviglie. Il letto è comodo. La comunicazione con il padrone di casa è stata ottima e veloce, è stato molto gentile accogliendo tutte le mie richieste. Alloggio assolutamente consigliato.

L’alloggio di Claudia corrispondeva alla descrizione era perfettamente pulito e accogliente, Claudia è stata molto disponibile sia sull’orario del check-in sia nella descrizione di tutte le attività della zona è stata anche molto flessibile sul check out, venendo incontro alla nostra esigenza di lasciare l’alloggio dopo l’orario previsto. Consigliatissimo.
