Großes Wohnzimmer, Kamin, Sofaecke, moderne Wohnküche. Galerie mit Sofa + TV. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (160 x 200, respektive 140 x 200). Das Bett auf der Galerie kann optional ebenfalls als Bett benutzt werden. Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschtisch. 2 WC. Ping-Pong, Tischfussball, Grill.
