We had a fantastic stay at Sonia’s place! The location was very peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The beds & toilets were clean and overall good , and we did enjoyed the living room with TV and a great selection of books. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and the Wi-Fi was good. If I had to mention one small thing, could have a big sofa rather than individual chairs in the living room. Sonia was very communicative and accommodating. She provided all the check-in details ahead of time and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Sonia was an excellent host—always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. even left a thoughtful welcome basket with snacks!" Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend it!

Really recommend this place. House is well maintained and all essentials are there. Since this is near to the centre you can easily reach here. The host was incredibly helpful, going out of his way to pick up my friend from the station and ensuring he reached the venue when we were running late.

We had a wonderdul stay. It was really spacious and beautifully furnished. Very neat and clean. Car parking space is available. Extra cars can be accomodated easily just outside the property.

We were a family of 6 staying at Abhilash’s place and had a very good experience - the apartment is huge, very well done, and extremely comfortable for a family our size. Both Abhilash and Varsha were very responsive as hosts and proactive in their communication with us. They were able to help with whatever we needed and quick to resolve any issue. We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. On top of that, Amruth’s friendly demeanor and trustworthy recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable.
