House was amazing felt just like home! Quiet neighborhood. We really didn’t have any complaints form the other guest only that they where amazed when they walked in. We would love to stay in this home again some day.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay! The house is older but with the updated decor and comfortable beds you hardly noticed. Absolutely charming decor and plenty of space for us! The beds and blankets are so so comfortable! We all slept so well! We will absolutely be back to stay! Thank you!

Great place and would love to come back and stay again next time we are in the area. We loved it! Great layout and close to downtown Visalia and Mooney Blvd. Only 40 mins from the entrance of Sequoia NP. Highly recommend.

Our group of 12 spent a wonderful 2 nights at Jake's place. It was the perfect base for our trip to Sequoia National Park. The house was just as described with quality furnishings, tons of things to do, and many thoughtful details. Thank you Jake for a great stay!

The location is a nice quiet family neighborhood and in proximity to downtown and grocery stores. Great place to stay and be able to visit National Parks. It's very comfortable and clean with plenty of linens and towels. It has a nice small yard for pets that's closed off which makes it worry free.

Great place to stay for large family’s. Wonderful host, she was very nice, clear with instructions and the home is everything she says it is. Beautiful and peaceful place. I don’t think I could’ve been happier with my stay

Adam’s place was cozy. It was peaceful with a beautiful view. Many spots to visit and local food areas. Easy drive to Sequoia National Park. Quiet neighborhood and good spot to stay in.

I’ve stayed here a few times while in town for work, and every time it has been better than the last. Manuel obviously reinvests time and money into this property, and it shows. By far the best place for the price that I’ve found in Tulare.

Ursula brought some extra supplies immediately and told me who to contact with more requests when she was leaving town. She also greeted my pups warmly and was so kind and welcoming to us. The space was clean and cute. The shower is a tight squeeze but not something I would take points off for.

Joe and his wife were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Their place was easy to get in to and instructions were clear. It had everything we needed and made us feel cozy.

It was a fantastic place to stay in. It was just like it was described and very clean. The host was very friendly and provided clear instructions. We would definitely return.

Great place to stay right in the middle of downtown. The area is loud, with lots of cars and people. But that’s kind of what you want staying in the city

非常温馨的荒野小屋。由于我们到达的非常晚，一路山路过来很少有灯光，车也不多，到达院子时还感觉有点害怕，黑漆漆的山里一座孤立的小房子。当打开房门，打开灯，一个精致温馨的空间映入眼帘，顿时紧张的情绪就缓解了，每个空间都布置的那么细致，功能齐备。非常棒的体验！

This was my 3rd time staying at Allen’s condo. He is extremely communicative and friendly. Had absolutely zero issues. The kitchen is fully equipped to make my family a meal. The condo is exactly as pictured and very comfortable and homey.

The rental was wonderful! Plenty of space for the two of us and everything was well organized. We would definitely stay here again if we can!

The house was exactly as described and spacious for our family of three. She had a folder with a list of trails and local must see sights which was helpful for us to plan our trip. She was always responsive and accommodate a couple of requests. I appreciate the house and Pam’s understanding which made our stay all the more pleasant.
