With a private gate to the beach, Spinney’s Boathouse is perched beside the sea in the magical village of Thorpeness, next to the main house. Groups of up to six guests are welcome to stay here and indulge in all that this fantastic holiday destination has to offer. Thorpeness is home to a heathland Golf course and Country Club. During the warmer months there’s boating and kayaking on The Meare and the village is home to The Dolphin Inn, The Kitchen and a popular café next to the Meare.

The interior is modern and designed to make the most of the view, with one large open plan room, incorporating kitchen, dining room and sitting areas, all looking out onto the stunning lake. Three sets of folding doors open out onto a warm south-facing deck that spans the width of the house. The garden is large and you can explore the 60-acre Meare on the rowing boat from our private jetty.
