This is the first time I've travelled to Chennai, this place is extremely good and safe, especially Tamilarasi Madam welcomed us and hosted us in a very clear and nice way. Really felt like home, we had a great time and place is very neat and tidy, Tamilarasi's family were very nice to us, Infact this will be my regular place to stay whenever I visit Perambur/Chennai

Home was clean and comfortable. Some starter items are fruit were provided which was very thoughtful. Host was responsive and helped in finding cooking assistance. Home was cleaned everyday. Short walk to the beach on one side. In the opposite direction there is a lovely plant nursery with a very thoughtful owner who helped me deliver a gift to someone. it is a 10 minute walk from the busy ECR main road which is very nice to have such a quiet neighbour hood but access to ammenities nearby I will return !

Our stay was wonderful! The host Mr.Rajarethinam was extremely polite, welcoming, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant experience!

Beautiful property with a clean pool and great social spaces for chilling with friends/colleagues. House help was resourceful too. Have groceries and coffee nearby the property. Great place for a big group.

If you’re in Chennai I would definitely recommend you to stay in this air bnb as you do not have make any arrangements you can just bring your bags and voila everything will be organised by the host. There is a care taker arranged by the host to clean the place on alternative days so it’s very neatly maintained. The host is very polite, friendly and always a step away to answer all the queries. The best thing is host is flexible as per the customer’s requirements. As we entered the property we just felt like home. We thank the host for making all the arrangements as requested prior to our check in. Definitely worth the price and worth staying in this property and community.

Very spacious and Good Villa that can accommodate 8/10 people easily, convenient parking space, good privacy and fantastic balcony. Well maintained beds and linen. Bathroom maintained fairly well. Good support from maid. Decent utensils in kitchen and had induction stove. Fridge was good. Swimming pool was decent and clean. Good space for playing sport and indoor cricket pitch was good.

Really nice place to go I recommend it for everyone who wants a nice gateway to the beach

The host, Suren was very helpful and accommodative to our requests.. we had a pleasant stay especially our kids enjoyed the pool and the pets, especially Jenny. . The helper, Gandhi was very helpful, kind, & respectful. Definitely we will be staying here for our next holidays. Thank you, Suren for being a great host.

A perfect host. Very respectful, easy to communicate, quick responses and very friendly. The place was spacious and calm. Amenities were all available. Local stores were just 5 mins walking distance. Ms. Silvia even helped us in finding a home delivery service where they delivered every day requirements when requested. Amazing place, had a lot of garden space, great sized swimming pool which can easily accomodates 20 folks and minted well unlike most places (4ft deep across). Hosts were awesome to coordinate with and super fast response. Highly recommended for large gatherings and stay for 20+ groups. Domino's Pizza and other restaurants delivery easy. Rooms are beautiful and have all the amenities and everything is as described. Thanks for the lovely stay, Suraiya and Nikhil!!

We had a good stay at arun's place. The rooms , toilets, kitchen were clean. Arun made the check-in process very easy. My wife was very happy to see the full fledge kitchen, although we couldn't utilize this time. Overall a very good experience

Very nice spacious property at the middle of the city . Very good communication by both the host and co-host . Could do better with the cleanliness when checking in . But otherwise a good property worth the price .

This was a little secluded place but it is a gem once you get there. Raj was very much in communication with us all along our stay there to make it as smooth and memorable as possible. The care taker took care of all the little details and it was a very memorable stay in an very upscale property for us.

I really enjoyed my entire stay around 40 days as a guest in Sridhar and his family apartment. Sridhar, Sridhar's brother Vatchu and their Aunt were really great. They treated me like a family member and enjoyed their hospitality during my entire stay. The house is located very near to Perungalattur Railway station and bus stand. So, it is very convenient to access all main areas of Chennai, stores, restaurants and all basic needs within 5-10 mins of walking distance. This place is very lovely , tidy and you have all amenities that you need during your stay whether it is for professional trip or family trip. Sridhar and his brother will help you to settle once you reach there and guide you if you need any help to visit in and around Chennai. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!.
