The house was exactly as described and shown in the photos, just 10 mins away from the Guruvayur temple. Sanil was a great host and extremely affable. We reached the place at 2am in the middle of the night and Sanil was there waiting to receive us. The place was kept very clean and all the said amenities worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend for any family visiting Guruvayur.

We had a pleasant stay here. Sreerag and his family were great hosts. Their hospitality was remarkable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the feeling of a home away from home!

The house is spacious, clean and well maintained. It can accommodate good number of people. Sufficient aminities are provided such as extra beds, pillows, soaps, towels, kitchen utensils etc. The location is peaceful.

I had the pleasure to say at this Nibins place and loved it. He was so nice and helpful and helped me with all my requests. Highly recommend it!

Our group of friends celebrated our 30-year high school reunion Sosa. This enchanting resort exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in the woods, this 120+ year old Kerala Tharavadu-style house offers a quaint, no-frills getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. The resort's rustic charm is beautifully preserved, with minimal essential upgrades that maintain its authenticity. Take a stroll through the woods and discover the serene river, perfect for a refreshing bath. The real star of the show is Manager George, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From waking us up for a river visit to arranging a massive dinner delivery, George's hospitality was exceptional. While the resort has an open kitchen, we recommend exploring local eateries, like the nearby Chaaya Kada for breakfast, and ordering lunch/dinner from KPM Residency. *Note: 3rd bedroom in outhouse*. Overall, this resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, rustic retreat without unnecessary frills

Atul's place is a 6minute drive from the Isha Yoga Center. Though we booked one night, it was close enough to let us sleep in and get rest, then enjoy most of our time at the Isha Yoga Center. Atul was very responsive and flexible since our arrival was late at night. the filtered water was a plus. Thank you Atul!

Mr.&Mrs.Sattar, what a lovely couple! From the time of booking till & after checking out of the cute little (but spacious) house, Mr.Sattar has always been greatly helpful & concerned! Peaceful surroundings! Malls & restaurants are at a comfortable walking distance. My wife & I enjoyed every bit of the time we had spent in the house! Kaladharan' place in Chandranagar is exactly the kind of home anyone from the US or Europe would desire in Palakkad. It is very very spacious and is as modern as they come. It has 4 big bedrooms, lots of living space and can easily house 8 guests. The place is impeccably clean and is well stocked with supplies; if you are missing anything, the property manager Sujit was just a phone call away! The access to the place can be tricky and the roads are not the best but it is an oasis in the noisy city of Palakkad. Again, Sujit was very responsive and very accommodating. I placed 8 of my dear friends here over the Christmas holidays and they said it was the best part of their trip. I intend to stay here next time with my extended family!
