I was so happy that Nichole offered to meet me and show me around the place on my arrival. So few hosts do that these days and I greatly appreciated the offer. I absolutely loved staying in Nichole’s place and she’s the BEST! I also received an amazing energy session and highly recommended it! Slept so well in the king sized bed and Lovelovelove the claw foot bathtub! My entire stay was a complete treat!

I loved the whole place! Felt right at home like I was camping. The sunset was beautiful, open area and late at night got to hear some coyotes in the distance. My favorite part was the old grain bin turned into bathroom/shower. Very spacious, and felt like I was in a campsite! Very secluded and peaceful of you’re looking for that! Highly recommended!!

Karla was so great. She was always available if we needed anything, and was very accommodating for us. She was gracious enough to let us stay here with our cat, even though she is allergic.

Wonderful spot to stay at on our trip to Colorado. It was nice and peaceful, we were big fans! The yearlings and the cats were super friendly! We’d gladly come back!!

Absolutely worth stopping for off I-70! The space is comfy (very nice beds) and a much better deal than anything else in Western KS. The stairs going up to numbers #1 and #2 are steep and narrow, worth noting for anyone with mobility issues. The room had everything we needed for an overnight stay (including a full sized fridge) and I could have stayed days longer. Kristy and her family were supremely kind and welcoming, and worked with us when a flat tire made our check in later than expected. My toddler absolutely LOVED visiting the animals (re-naming friendly Kitty the cat "Tail"). The horses were clearly very happy and well-cared for. It was a joy to get to wake up to such loving animals and a peaceful space, we will definitely be back next time!

WOW! This place is AMAZING! If you are looking for an amazing and unique place to stay this place is it! The lay out if fun, the upstairs is amazing and the bathtub it to DIEEEEE for! STUNNING! Being locals we will most definitely be back! The place was spotless, beds are so comfy, the house smelt refreshed and the view was peaceful!
