This is the largest of all the California missions and the only mission which still has 3 aisles and its historic plaza. It is also the mission of music and the mission was featured in the Alfred Hitchcock thriller Vettigo. 40,000 school children visit this mission each year. It has been untouched since 1803 and is currently fund raising to retrofit and restore the mission
