Purpa Art gallery scores big on many points compared to other Art galleries in and around Seminyak. To begin with the art pieces are handpicked by Ari Purpa (the owner) and clearly she has an eye for good stuff. Unlike other galleries that we visited in and around Seminyak, Purpa Gallery had the most diverse range of Art type and also was the only gallery with a wider range of art, from collector’s pieces to low-cost yet interesting choices. The main thing you realise once you’re there is that a lot of the art is different from what you see in all the other galleries in Bali and that itself makes this gallery unique.
