The hang of many artists, writers, pimps, turkish mafia dons, you name it - and the beer isn't bad. Can get as gregarious as a knacker's wedding if your up for it.

The serve cheap awful wine probably bad coffee but the view over kottbussertor is amazing and it can be hard to get one of the outside tables. Just take a beer!
