An 8,000 acre park offering many miles of hiking, biking, and horse trails, plus two fishing lakes, boat rentals, and an aquatic center/water park. Entrance fee. 10301 State Park Rd - 35 minute drive.

Pocahontas state park has everything from family pools, to peaceful waterfront and lush hiking trails. Wonderful stop for recreation, picnicking, and camping.
