Une institution dans la ville et en France. La plus vieille auberge de France A very traditional and old style french restaurant. The most authentic recipe is certainly the one created by Michel Guéret in 1933, inspired by the one for “Rouen duckling” by Louis Convert, head chef to Edward VII, a part of Normandy heritage in his own right.

It’s a Michelin star restaurant so it’s pricey, however if you are after an unforgettable traditional French dining experience, book a table here!!
