There are a couple of these in DC so it's a chain but it's a pretty reliable place to just sit and relax with a nice simple meal/drink if you need a break.

This cafe is cute, interesting, and serves yummy food. Mostly Asian Fusian plus loose leaf teas and desserts.

They have the best food hands down in the city. I love their black bean bento box. It's so filling and delicious! And it's healthy :)
