Chaco Canyon Organic Cafe, located right across from the University Family YMCA, is a pillar of the community. It offers a quirky setting with vegan offerings, including raw food & smoothies, plus organic beer & wine. If you're willing to pay a couple bucks more for quality unique, organic offerings and a business with heart, don't miss a meal here! Dine with a heart: this cafe is super-involved in the community and does substantive things to fight hunger and food insecurity. It is truly one of our favorites!
