During the season (Dec-Jan) you can pick your own cherries, but this farm-gate is open all year selling other farm produce from their shop.

Such a fun exercise with the kids pick your own strawberries. Unfortunately due to the storms the abundance of cherries that are usually around aren’t this year 2022

A visit to this farm (right next door to the Red Hill Market site) gives you a chance to meet Simon the cherry farmer and a choice to pick your own cherries in the orchard, or buy ready picked cherries, free range eggs, honey (and later in the season) raspberries, boysenberries, blueberries, marionberries and blackberries from the farmgate stall. Try the delicious fruit ice-cream – made with real berries and cherries.
