A bit further away than the other reccomendations. If you're doing a Manly trip it's worth a visit. But definitely needs a booking, usually 1 week before.

Really good sushi restaurant with interesting fusion dishes. Definitely book ahead or go just before 6pm to get a table. Try the "Double Double Gyoza" - a cheeseburger in a gyoza, yum!

Great food, creative menu, unique cuisine Japanese meets Californian. Very popular but if you go early should be ok.
