If you are downtown checking out the sights like Parliament Hill, they have yummy yummy lunch and it smells like heaven. Avoid the lunch rush (12-1) though.

this place has a killer breakfast sandwich made with Scones (hence the name) there is a closer one that is only open on weekends.

Literally around the corner, this is a much loved Ottawa staple with delicious scones. A must try.
