Ubicado en el extremo noreste de la Ciudad, es uno de los parques inaugurados más recientemente, con una vista privilegiada al Río de la Plata. Por su cercanía con la costa y el viento que suele soplar allí, es uno de los espacios preferidos para los amantes de los barriletes (se pueden alquilar en el lugar). Además, el parque posee, en sus 32 hectáreas, una gran variedad de especies de aves autóctonas, como el chingolo, el benteveo y la calandria, entre otros. Cuenta con un amplio estacionamiento gratuito, varias bicisendas, áreas de juegos recreativos con areneros, otras con árboles y mesas para picnic, una costanera y un puente peatonal que comunica al parque con Vicente Lopez.
