Using only the freshest ingredients in their purpose-built kitchen, James St Cooking School offers hands on cooking classes where you will learn by touching, seeing, hearing, tasting and smelling, and also by getting your hands dirty and becoming involved. All classes are hands-on and at the conclusion of the class, food lovers can enjoy the fruits of their labour by dining on their own creations with matched wine. Classes are available to the general public, corporate and private groups, the James St Cooking School also offers professional catering services and a unique space for product launches, long table lunches and demonstration dinners.
