Pine, the bar and restaurant at the Hanover Inn, overlooks the Dartmouth green and is a pretty lively place for drinks and dinner. Reservations are recommended as it can get very busy depending on the event schedule at Dartmouth College.

The classiest place in town also manages to be cozy--the bar serves vintage and class cocktails, the food is spectacular and the service is sublime.
