The museum has detailed displays of this famous Regiments uniforms and campaigns through the years. Take time to visit the medal room as well with the citations documenting tales of amazing courage by soldiers from the Regiment. Of interest for adults and children alike, there are also quizzes, uniforms to wear and displays specifically for children. I loved visiting!

The Green Howard's Museum opened in 1922. It began after WWI when the relatives of soldiers who died in the war gave personal items to the regiment, including uniforms, medals and other memorabilia. It can be found in the centre of Richmond marketplace. Address: Trinity Church Square, Richmond, Yorkshire, England, DL10 4QN
