This stylish Roma Norte restaurant serves the prettiest tacos using plant-based ingredients. While there are other dishes on the menu like enfrijoladas, enchiladas and mole mixteco, the Insta potential is clearly in the pink tacos coloured with beetroot.

This place I’m still wondering if it’s worth what it costs… hahaha, but it’s good and the waiters are really friendly. They have all kind of Mexican food with pink tortillas and all vegan, enjoy!

It serves rich and hearty food for vegans, vegetarians and omnivores, which is why it is among the favorite restaurants in Rome. It stands out for its pink tortillas (white corn with beets, sesame, chia and amaranth) but also because its seasoning is extraordinary.
