Gorgeous Lake. Head North of String and hike along beautiful shoreline to your own little beach. Or rent our SUPS and paddle both Leigh and String Lake.

Leigh Lake is one of the most beautiful places that I’ve ever been. It sits right at the base of Mt Moran, and is fairly isolated. It requires a two mile flat hike in, or you can come in from String Lake and portage your canoe over a small hill. If you have the ability to do this, I highly recommend it, as the lake provides sandy beaches and endless exploring on the lake.
