I personally love the headland hotel for its cream tea. The bar has some lovely bifold doors so it’s incredibly light and open. Once you finished your lunch you can either take a lively stroll down to Meadfoot beach or alternatively a walk to Dadyhole Plain and take the stunning coastal path straight into Torquay
