The venue doesn’t look like much, but offers one of the tastiest birrias in the city. What is Birria? Goat meat. Birria comes in a delicious soup or in tacos. Tip: Order maciza (only lean meat), espinazo (backbone) and/ or surtida, a dealer’s choice mixture of different parts of the goat for more adventurous eaters.
