Suffern has a Koto trained, authentic sushi chef at a tiny sushi bar on Lafayette Street. If you crave authentic old world shashimi and seaweed salads this is the place. Quiet and unpretentious, don't ask for anything that may be new age sushi, you'll get a glare. Branch out and try the salad pairings. REAL TREAT FOR FOODIES.
