The young owners are a chemist and a baker. Good Craft brews. They use the yeast to create great bread, too. Fun place to hang with friends. Walkable.

International Beer Factory. Fresh beer just open from the tank for you. $5-$10 each cup with unique beer bread. Most made from local Long Beach farms.
