You can use Uber and Lyft, its not as quick as Manhattan, but relatively inexpensive ( about $7 a ride) Cabs are available, but take a long time to respond

A car rental place. They are all on Ulster Ave but at least you can start with this one :-) It really is best to have a car here so you can really see the sights.
