Walking distance at the Toco Hills Plaza, this bar is a definite dive bar. Popular with the students at Emory, it draws a very young crowd when school is in session and is one of the last places around where you can smoke inside. Cheap drinks, dark, TVs, loud music and pool tables are the main draw. You’ll need a shower and to wash your clothes after leaving.
