its something special. Its a meatlovers kinda concept. they have a bunch of grills and chefs and then you pay a fixed price and can go nuts in 30 different types of meat raging everything from Kangaroo to wild boar. Of course they also have salats, fish and so on too - but people go there for the Flame grilled meat.
