The best movie theater in Austin. Full service meals and full bar options. Not kid friendly, and the strict and famous no-talking rule is the best thing about it.

The original Alamo Drafthouse Cinema was redone a couple of years ago but still has a lot of charm and they definitely keep it weird😊

Great place to see a movie. They tend to have good indie films here too and fun retro movie nights. The food is good there too. Buffalo cauliflower and Royale with Cheese are my favorites, though if I could have dessert for dinner, the soft, warm chocolate chip cookies with ice cream is amazing.
