Historic restaurant to try if you go crazy for artichokes, "alla romana" (cooked in a pan with garlic, parsley and mint) and "alla giudìa" (fried). The menu is in fact very Roman and seasonal: in the months of December and January you will find the famous soup with ray fish and broccoli, from January to April typical "Puntarelle" (chicory salad with anchovy) while in March the homemade Fettuccine alla Gricia with broad beans.
