You can rent at the Airport and also use Uber. We also get a lot of biking through the hill country.

Car rentals are inside the airport! If you do not want to rent a car, let me know and I can give you a ride from airport to home. Otherwise Uber and Lyft are no longer in Austin, but you can download Fare or Fasten ride-share apps.
