Bijou (“jewel” in French) is an experimental (and expensive) pizza restaurant in the arty old Montmartre neighborhood.

Excellent cosy pizzeria in the heart of Pigalle, down the hill of Montmartre. Very good wine choice as well. I suggest you to try the fried pizzas served as starters.
